Placed an order through the app this Tuesday. I make my 20 min drive to this location to get my order on time also before they close. I arrive at about 8:35, parked in the meters I noticed the restaurant looked dark but thought nothing of it. I waited a couple of minutes before going in for my order since it said ready at 8:45pm. At about 8:43 I go and the door is locked and a sign on the door that says "sorry we are closed early today". I saw a man there and I pointed to my phone and he just made hand gestures that he was closed. So what about the order I was charged for?? I try to cancel it through the app there's no option in the email it says to call the store. I tried calling and no answer. I called the next morning I spoke to a lady who at first didn't seem to understand that the store was closed when I got there. I told her to check the cameras because I was there well before closing. When she finally understood me she tried "comping" me for the salads if I went in that day ? I don't understand how that's comping someone? You mean you're going to give me the salads that I had already paid for but did not get. I asked her for a refund, she then asked for my whole card number and card info to be able to give me a refund and I still have not received it. I get it a lot of places are short staffed but if you're closing early you should have the option of turning off online orders so people do not waste their time and money going there ! I tried filling out the only damn option online to get help and no one has got back to me!

I used to be an employee at Chop Stop a few years ago. I worked in the Valencia location and visited the Hollywood location today. Big mistake. The cashier, Jessica, was beyond rude. Was snarky towards me and other customers in the store, didn't greet us, and got my order wrong. When I went back in to show her it was wrong, she was very rude so I left without even bothering to change it. Jessica needs to fix her attitude before being the front of house worker at Chop Stop. I know the owners would be extremely disappointed in the way this store is presenting itself. As friendly as a rock.

I've been a chop stop customer for about 3-4 years now and I've got to say this was the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with while picking up a choppurito. I'd rather drive 10 miles to another location than ever deal with these employees again. Extreme attitude problem that they need to work on.

Used to get salads here a lot but come to find out they've stopped carrying TURKEY and replaced it with something called "Lobster Seafood" which for $2.55 doesn't seem like a smart choice to EVER make. Guess I won't be ordering from here again unless they bring the turkey back. What a crazy choice for a make-your-own salad place to make. Off to the next.

2 stars for service! Friendly staff but order should have been ready at 11:33 but it wasn't ready until after 12. I went to the store after 11:50 to give them time but I think they forgot to make the order given the fact that the store was empty. Wasted most of my lunch time but fortunately the food was good

Straight up delicious! I suck at eating vegetables on a regular basis and I usually have to mix a bunch of stuff together to choke down lettuce, but this place makes eating salads easy. I order from them via GrubHub on almost a weekly basis and it's rare that I get a salad style I DON'T like (I don't love the kale, for example, but the Santa Fe, BBQ Chop, Viva Mexico and Cobb are all top notch. Big fan!

Great place to have a salad but my experience was ridiculous. The manager name anuar is very rude to customers, disrespectful and has shitty customer service. On top of that idk if he is sick but he's always coughing on everything and doesn't care if theirs customers standing there he does it regardless. Never will I come back here.

Anuar Rojas the manager should be fired. He has no respect for customers and he thinks he the s*** since he is the manager. I placed an order then I wanted to use the restroom. I tried to open the door it was locked. I waited for my order to be prepared, before I walked out with my order, I ask the cashier if there is someone in the restroom I want to wash my hands before I eat. She said there is no one in the restroom. So I tried opening the door once again. As I walked away Anuar opened the restroom door and came out of it. Started screaming and cussing out like a crazy person. I told him sorry bro didn't know someone was inside, I said chill out and watch how you talk to me. He took off his face mask and said what you have a problem with that. Get the f**k out of my store I'm the manager. I said I don't give a f**k who you are. Watch out who you talk to and how you talk. I could of easily made a big deal out of his customer service and attitude. Just Didn't want to get down into his low class level and was in a rush. But I for sure won't be coming to this Chop Stop again. My office is right around the block. I just hope he gets fired and learns a lesson.
