“One of our favorite restaurants while we live in West Sacramento and the Sacramento area. Excellent food & service. The staff was always kind, caring and served top- notch home-made food. We could always rely on everything being tasty and feeling welcomed.”

“Fantastic place to get your water, all kinds of water you can think of.

But first, I'll review on the ice-cream, shaved iced, fruit freeze. They are amazing and even the 'small' is a large in most other dessert places. The ice-cream is Gunthers, and their shaved ice are massive! The quality is amazing as you can imagine at the place the takes water seriously.

If you are the area and want some cold dessert, this is definitely the spot to be.

Now in terms of the water, I spoke with Juan the owner, and his is 100% passionate about water. He talked about alkaline water, hydrogen infused water, and how Japan is at the forefront of medical-used waters. Very interesting and it's cool to meet someone so passionate about his work.

I've never seen a water store so popular before, so definitely check out the place, and have a chat with Juan and learn the benefits of hydrogen infused water! Enjoy.”

My hubby and I tried the korma lamb curry, bindhi curry, and garlic naan bread, and they were all amazingly good—so flavorful! Went through the drive through and the employee was sweet and greeted us with a smile.
I have dietary restrictions so I add like 3 modifications to my burger plus extra toasted bun, and they made sure to accommodate them.
It's In-N-Out so naturally there was a line, but service still moved reasonably quickly.

Food was way above average for a Chinese restaurant. Food was fresh, delicious, came out in like 5 minutes. Large menu. Coming back when passing by on I-80. This meal would cost double in Bay Area.

My son ordered chow mein and the waiter upon bringing them to the table said: And here is your spaghetti! LOL. They remember faces very easily which makes us feel important to be remembered or that they also had a nice visit. We always arrive when the lunch meals can be ordered, a lot of food for a good price! I have stomach issues and this is the only Chinese food place that doesn't hurt my stomach afterwards. I am also very picking when eating meat due to texture and their broccoli beef over rice is the only thing I order, and the only thing I continue to order. Do know that when you order, to expect your food really quickly! Wonton soup.... I am IMPRESSED, the perfect thing to have when feeling unwell. The orange chicken is to die for! We were so surprised and works well when you have a family with kids. We have been going here for the last 5 years. They are very open to accommodating large parties and have the space and room. The place is always clean, professionally represented. I guess I know where I am eating tomorrow! LOL.”

Original post:We have been loyal customers for over 6 months now and very much appreciate having a halal food option open late. However recently things have changed at Capitol Gyros.

The employee frequently says they are out of things when he is too lazy to either cook or clean. He will say they’re out of fries 30 mins before closing, or most recently, said they close at 11:45 now. If that’s is the case they should update their hours to reflect that instead of wasting customers time. The unpredictability of the menu items and operating hours make dining here extremely frustrating.

We love this place and it is a shame to see it go so far downhill because of an employees laziness. When the usual employee works we do not have this issue. It is the new employee that they have that has been causing issues and the business to lose money. The new employee also makes the food poorly, often dripping in grease.”
