“Great food, not a long wait. Friendly atmosphere. My only complaint would be that there seemed to be a lot of homeless people all around this location, miss drugs in plain sight! So my advice to those of you with children would be to just be careful! Once you're inside you're alright. Great customer service though!“

“The overall description for heat here is kind of interesting. Got the med + because it was hard to tell how hot to choose.They don't even offer the hot hot on dd so got the medium plus.Very quality chicken perfectly cooked and the spice level is enjoyable, but for a real heat seeker I would go for hot next time. Spice blend is nicely balanced with a max of flavor, chicken crispy after delivery.Big money sauce and dirty ranch quite fire and both easy on the pallette.“

“The $5.50 foot 5 drumsticks deal is sooo good, the pieces are as big as my hand in length. Their beef tofu soup is also delicious. The staff was nice enough to make me a less spicy bowl because I was coughing (I can't handle spice in general it wasn't crazy spicy). The seats are comfty too. 10/10 place.“

“Placed first order via delivery. I’d been craving a chicken & fish combo ever since moving from out of state. Received order in a timely manner, the foods was still hot & fresh. Chicken was tasty, fries were good & crispy and the fish was spot on! Will definitely be ordering again.“

“We really enjoyed our meal here. Our car was being worked on up the street so we stopped in for a late lunch. We both ordered the chicken shawarma. Be patient. The food is worth a little wait. When our food was ready we were very pleasantly surprised. The shawarma each came with a sauce to dip them in. We were also offered hot sauce. They were delicious, but beware they are very hot (temperature). The halal chicken was very flavorful. I can't remember the name of the very friendly woman who worked there, but you could tell she worked hard to be sure we enjoyed our meal.“

However ... the awning (overhang from building to shield customers from rain) is in need of repair and does absolutely nothing to keep rain from getting in your car when you open your window ... “If you gotta do fast food, do Chick-fil-A!Their Frosted Lemonade and Frosted Strawberry-Lemonade are to die for (remember to ask for the whip cream). The chicken noodle soup and the chicken tortilla soup are perfect on a cold winter day (who knew they even had soup?). The 3 or 4 piece chicken strips are seriously so good and better than anywhere else. They have delicious, hot, gooey brownies that melt in your mouth (who knew they had brownies?).Yeah, it can be a bit spendy but it is definitely worth every penny.The employees are very kind and helpful.They are closed on Sundays. “This location out of the 3 I've already been to outranks "San Leandro and Berkeley" which are gimmicks! Bon Chon Arden rocks because 1) the food is always freshly cooked 2) their fries are not hard but just right and that right amount of that delicious sauce on their Soy Garlic wings, and 3) Their Customer Service is always bubbly and warm... if there is a problem "they won't argue you down or hassle you; they will just fix the problem."The down side to the other Bon Chons mentioned is:1) Food is always dried out and old.2) Wings are nearly burnt and take away the soy garlic taste3) Fries are very dried out and when confronted about it "they try to bargain with you to pay for it because of inventory/ waste costs when they served you old food in the first place.When I confronted one if the waitresses specifically at the Berkeley branch (in a monotone respectful way) about the fries being dried out she said "I can charge you a lower price" and I had not tasted but 1.When I started to her that the fries and the wings does not taste like Sacramento Arden branch she stated: "we are not then plus we carry a different vendor than they do"Yet, they are carrying the name of such great franchise.When I am away from Sacramento Bon Chon and in the Bay Area and experience this type Asian snobbishness... I thank God that Arden Bon Chon is "NOT" like San Leandro nor Berkeley. Makes me wonder if the rest in the Bay area are the same. I have tried San Francisco and I hope not. Please do not go to the locations mentioned if they can't make fresh food or do fries they advertise which should be n'sync with Arden and not dry and cheap.“

“First visit here!I was really truly IMPRERSSED! The Tortilla soup soothed my freaking soul OMG!! ..and all the toppings (lime, cheese, tortilla strips and salsa) they give you are just so fresh and so delicious! We got the family meal with the fire roasted chicken, warm tortillas, spanish rice, salad , corn and macaroni and cheese and holly smokes we all enjoyed it very much!“

There were about 5 cars in drive thru and she took our order in a timely manner and did repeat herself. We were asking about the griller box which is popular and she said mix.
