“I just had the best oven baked chicken of my life!! Yep, I said it. Oh my goodness gracious. It was juicy, super meaty and the flavor was perfection. Yes, it took a little longer than I expected but everything is made fresh and is definitely worth the wait for this quality! Let's get a little more accustomed to waiting for good quality food.I scarfed it down so there are no pics but I will definitely take some next time. I will also try some of the sides and different sauces. The fact that they got such a classic so right makes me think the rest will be just as delicious. Give them a try, you will be happy you did.“
“I came to try this El Pollo for the first time, I am visiting from other state from NY we also have this and I can say they were okay in NY. When I tried here in Sacramento. I was delighted that the amount of food that we had are plenty enough to feed our family of 3. I mean, look at this?! When I tasted it it is even better in Sacramento. The chicken is so delicious, juicy and moist. The sides are yummy too! I will come back not only because of the delicious food, It is also because of the friendly staff and the Manager Mike is also friendly.“
“4/2/24- I want to give a shout out to the crew. Antonio was upfront and he greeted me the minute I walked in. He was very nice and took my order.On duty was Fernando who is a cook. Jose was on drive thru and Alberto was upfront. Between all four my food came out quick.They helped all customers with a good attitude. Antonio takes pride in his staff and he let me know they like to make sure they take care of their customer's.Since I don't have an A&W I asked for the Tuesday special. It comes with fries and a drink. The burger was fair but I'm not a burger fan. I would get it again.When I got my meal I had all I needed to go. I had napkins, a straw and my condiments. Most places forget one or the other.Very pleased with the service and the meal. I hope this crew is recognized for their great customer service!Parking: Parking is in it's own section. It was nice to pull in and find a spot. They have lots of handicap spaces as well.“

“We tried the Crispy Padak Chicken and Chicken with garlic soy glaze. Preferred the Padak, it has a sauce we liked. The Garlic soy glaze was more on the dry side, little sauce. The chicken was fine nice and juicy but the bread was more like oven crispy. Great prices for the size of the drum sticks. KFC's drumsticks are tiny, more like wing drumstick. We got a complementary almond salad, it was good. Similar to Buckhorn style salads. Try it.“
“Just left there. Some 19 year old kids from Washington state waited on me. Solid guy with great customer service, great attitude, friendly, professional, a real class act. I’m going back again because of him. He treated me great!!! Dave’s is lucky to have him working there!!“

“My daughter and I went here for the first time on Friday, March 1. We ordered gyros and I asked if they had any hot drinks. The Man said no but offered me some of the black Rea he had made for himself. I thanked him and declined because I am allergic to caffeine. We paid and went and sat down to wait for our food. It was rainy, windy, and chilly outside and it was nice to sit at a comfirtable booth. The Man brought us our food and it was delicious! A few minutes later her brought me a cup of saffron tea he had made for me. I was so grateful and thanked him and gave it to my daughter because I am allergic to Saffron too. He said he would bring me a cup of hot water. I thanked him again. This man went above and beyond. My daughter lived the tea and I enjoyed the hot water on a cold windy, rainy day.Great food and service.“
“Was there with several of my girl friends today and had the most wonderful Chinese lunch! We had the egg drop soup, sesame chicken, sweet & sour pork, stir fried beef, pork pot stickers, bokchoy with 2kinds of mushrooms, walnut shrimp, fried rice, fried chowmein, stir fried white fish with veggies, and fried mini buns with red bean paste. Everything was very authentic Chinese food, meaning it wasn't "Americanized" in my opinion. The sweet & sour pork was not fluorescent red in color nor artificially sweet and the pork was crispy on the outside and tender in the inside and very tasty! Nothing seemed "heavy" with the thick layer of coating. All the vegetables were cooked right, not being almost raw, but just right. Plus the vegetables were very fresh! Highly recommend China House!“

Good portions and it was very spicy, ordered the hottest spice level tender, while the heat lived up to my expectations, unfortunately the thing that I’m looking for in a chicken tender is the outside crunch when you bite into it. Hopefully this isnt how it’s supposed to be normally because personally I feel that the crunchy surface of a chicken is the best part. I’ve been to Dave’s a lot before and while they serve smaller tenders than here, the crunch is present unlike the tenders here at Roostarz. I would love to go back here again but I’m worried that it might not be any better next time in terms of just my preference, but maybe that’s just me and I’m being overly picky.“
