Lava Kitchen is a Persian restaurant that offers delicious food prepared as requested, with special requests not being a problem. The temperature is adjusted for comfort, and the staff is very nice. One customer was blown away by the ground beef kabob, boneless chicken kabob, and rack of lamb, with the lamb being a surprising favorite. Another customer found the BARG fantastic, the TAHDIG with STEWS delightful, and the SAMISA simply amazing.
