The chai tea lacked flavor. It was iced with light ice. But from the first sip and after stirring, the flavor was bland. I don't think they put enough of the spice flavor in it. Its probably a pump of syrupy stuff.

I just went through the drive through so I can't comment on inside. We went bc my daughter wanted the holiday donut and the dog toy for charity. They had a big sign outside advertising them. When I asked the cashier had no idea what I was talking about. When she asked her manager he said they were out of all of it. You are out of the holiday items on November 19 already? But you are still advertising it? So we got plain donuts, which are still tasty. I also asked for an iced tea. The board then said "hot tea" so I said, again, that I would like it iced. They had to check with the manager to see if they could do that. They said that just could not be done. Good doughnuts, poor service. I am updating this bc when I opened the bag I had a finger hole in my doughnut. SMH.

I don't give out 2 stars often. I generally research and stay away from places that don't have a good reputation. Unfortunately I caved because the location was convenient to my commute to work. I wanted to treat my coworkers so I ordered 5 boxes of 50 count munchkins the day prior to my pickup. I placed the order through the app. The donuts themselves were okay, but not great. I would have been better off getting donuts from a local shop. What made me have a negative experience was the way the staff member spoke to me. She informed me if I ordered this much again, I need to call at least two days in advance, because now they are out and no one else can have any. I found it very rude. They brought the donuts to the car and we're not friendly at all. Definitely won't be back to that location.

Ugh use to be my fav place . Last two times l got my ice spice drink w chunks of pumpkin . It was like vomit. The next time l got the pumpkin latte it taste like milk with sugar . Sucks l know maybe they have new employees but y'all need to train better especially making the drinks
I've been to this location often but recently there's some new hires who are just awful and incompetent. They have given us the wrong drink multiple times and recently I had ordered the same thing like always and they just give me whatever they wanted.

I’m from New England and I was so looking forward to grabbing a donut and some coffee at my fav place. But what a terrible experience. Not only was the entire staff rude and obnoxious, they were downright nasty. If I could have thrown my coffee and good at these losers without getting in trouble I would have. Sad, low life losers working at this location. The only saving grace is that they go back to their loser lives while we go back to the peaceful, fruitful existence we get to live. They deserve their loser circumstances with that attitude
