Went to the drive thru to get some hot chocolate for me and some friends and got the sweetest customer service. Nick through the drive thru was so kind and sweet he has such great hospitality.
I don't give out 2 stars often. I generally research and stay away from places that don't have a good reputation. Unfortunately I caved because the location was convenient to my commute to work. I wanted to treat my coworkers so I ordered 5 boxes of 50 count munchkins the day prior to my pickup. I placed the order through the app. The donuts themselves were okay, but not great. I would have been better off getting donuts from a local shop. What made me have a negative experience...read full review

The chai tea lacked flavor. It was iced with light ice. But from the first sip and after stirring, the flavor was bland. I don't think they put enough of the spice flavor in it. Its probably a pump of syrupy stuff.
