One of my favorite Asian dessert chains-- especially for mango lovers!This is my first time at this particular Westminster location, and the parking here was easy! It's located in a fairly decent size plaza with various of other restaurants, but not crazy enough since parking wasn't too difficult to find. We came on a random weekday, and it wasn't too busy. This place is a niche dessert place in Little Saigon. We had to try the Mango because it just looked so friggin' good on the display window. And honestly, it was! If your palate is into the ingredients of this dessert, I definitely encourage you to try it. It's located in a seemingly crowded mall strip.
