I love places like this but his place puts its own take on it by adding different types of combinations with an aesthetic look to it. This was my first time here and I got the strawberry cheesecake, which was a combination of strawberry Italian ice and custard with cheesecake bites. The strawberry ice with the custard tastes great but the cheese cake bites along with the Italian ice was a bit interesting. I will definitely be coming back though! The flavors can stand on their own. Good place!

Such tasty ice cream! One of my fav places in OC. Very nice staff as well. I go here whenever I have a cheat day.

Possibly the worst ice cream I've ever had. If you can even call it that. And worse the the absolutely outrageous prices here for the crud they serve. I can honestly say I would not eat their so-called "Kreation" if they paid me the $7 they demand for it. It is gross. I asked what the "vanilla custard" was they used and the girl said it's soft serve. First of all custard is not soft serve. Second this so-called softserve she gave me a sample of was not soft serve but some artificially flavored yellowish icy slush that has no cream whatsoever in it. It is reminiscent of the horrible fake street ice-cream they sell in Vietnam when I lived there.Avoid this place. If you want a proper vanilla soft serve you can always hit up McDonald's for one with real cream. Or Frostbites & Crepes for the actual dessert that this place is trying to copy in their nasty "Kreations".

Really good. I went there and tried one of their ice creams. It tasted like what a good ice cream should taste like and had good texture too. I definitely will visit it again soon.

The price here is ridiculous. I got a small chamoy ice cream and it was over 7 dollars. It didn't even taste that good but I'm giving two stars because the customer service was amazing.

I haven't been here since they changed ownership a few years ago. But I was next door getting dinner so I decided to get Kups afterwards for dessert. I got my usual which was the Mango ice & Pineapple dole whip w/ Chamoy and Tajin. I ended up paying a little over $7 for a small, which imo is a little expensive. I think that is a high price point for just Italian ice. I probably wouldn't be back again. Honorable Mentions: -Accepts credit card -Plenty of parking

This place is okay. The popcorn chicken is not “real” meat - it’s more like a chicken nugget that is still soggy inside. It tastes okay though. The large Kreation is posted at $6.50 with a price increase notice at the register of 75¢. My receipt said $7.75, 50¢ over the price it should be ($7.25). Other than the price discrepancy, it tastes great - tangy strawberry, creamy custard. No problems with the taro slush.

The location is a nice cute place. Got an little tokyo for $6 regular. If I recall.. prices haven't been updated inside their store.. but there are a few signs outside and at the cashier stating prices have increased by 50c.So.. if you want an ice creation.. regular will be around $6.. and large will be for $7. Large seems to be worth the price, but at the time.. I was already full from dinner so I got a medium. The peach tea drink I got was about $5.The little tokyo is a matcha flavored ice with a middle layer of mochi. It tasted okay. I'm abit surprised at the rave reviews,.. but this was just my experience. Also the time we went.. they were cleaning up it seems.. so inside smelled of a strong bleach smell. My brother and friend like this place and regularly come here.My little tokyo was okay. As for the peach tea... when I ordered it.. I was hoping to add boba, but sadly they were sold out of regular boba.

Their Italian ice is so good! I’m not lying I literally love it! But I came in today and saw this… I don’t know…. Seems a little unsanitary.

Their sugarcane drinks are absolutely amazing as we as their ice. They give free samples as well if you want to try so it just makes the service all the better. I definitely recommend their bomb pop combo along with the thai tea float... literally must gets!

Very friendly staff. But the custard does not taste at all like custard to me. I realize it might be mixed with something else but to me it tasted more like a soft serve ice cream from a fast food joint. They might have good ice cream which I have not tried but I do not recommend the custard. In addition it is a little pricey. I paid eight dollars for the cup of custard.

So delicious and everything is made in house. The Chamoy is awesome... pineapple, dole whip, tajin. Yummy goodness. My son got the bomb pop and it's so authentic it brought me back to my childhood (getting a bomb pop from the ice cream truck). :)

I felt like it was a cute little shop. The workers were nice, but I didn't really get a greeting or a goodbye. I got the bomb pop, but I saw the boba one and it looked so good. I should've gotten that one instead.. Bomb Pop (6.5/10): The soft serve was good, soft, and creamy. However, I was most excited for the Italian ice, but it didn't meet my expectations. I expected it to be sour and have a more blue raspberry/cherry flavor, but it was sweet. Overall, the dessert was okay. I wouldn't come back, but it was an okay experience.

My go-to custard and ice joint used to be Joe's, but they don't have unique and "ethnic" flavors such as horchata, green tea, and taro like Kups does. I am in love with green tea-flavored treats, but they're not always made equally well. #notallgreenteadesserts I've tried green tea ice elsewhere and it was overwhelmingly sweet to the point of being disgusting. Kups gets the subtly sweet, tea-y flavor right. And when it's paired with their thick, vanilla custard, my taste buds basically die and ascend to heaven. Even on cold days when I'm in the area, I may make a stop for my beloved ice and custard combo. It's that tasty.
