Vegetarians and vegans rejoice. This place has so many veggie options. I had the V2 Motto Special and my partner had the V4 Miso Ramen. Both were delicious! I liked mine because of the creamy broth and high quality toppings and my partner liked his because of the smoky/spicy flavor of the broth. Everything was made to order. Nice clean environment and they clearly put a lot of care into the place. Really amazing service too, the lady serving us was hilarious and so sweet! The condiments available were perfect. We will definitely be back to try the other 3 veggie ramen options. Zero complaints! So good! Thank you!

Top tier vegetarian/vegan options. Thought and care were put into the variety, flavor, and ingredients in the vegan items I ordered. Noodles were super fresh, and I could tell the tempura vegetables as well as batter was very fresh. The vegan tempura ramen was both satisfying and flavorful. I ordered takeout and everything was packaged very well so it arrived fresh - even the tempura arrived crunchy. The vegan mango roll was a delicious alternative to the usual boring vegan rolls offered at sushi restaurants. My friend ordered the chicken pad Thai and said it was super flavorful and the chicken juicy. I will absolutely be back.

I’m from Japan and I used to try many different ramen places. This is one of the best ramen place. Noodle texture, soup flavor and chashu, everything was too good. I have pretty high standards for ramen but this is the only place that I go back!!

Motto Ramen is a hidden gem. I have been here multiple times and all I can say is that this a place that deserves 5 stars not 4! I’m a Japanese food snob and Art and his crew nail texture, temperature, flavor for both sushi and ramen!
It was my first visit here and I thoroughly enjoyed it! There's a nice variety of choices on the menu besides Ramen. Like tempura and sushi as well!! I even tried their Pad Thai noodle dish and it was as delicious as if you ordered it from a Thai restaurant! The atmosphere is casual and relaxed.
