Bun Mam is salty. The staff is friendly. Bun dau mam tom, personally, I don't think it is the real version of bun dau mam tom because the toppings they put on bun dau mam tom is just something they think it can combine, but not the orginal food on bun dau mam tom. The Bun is not bun ep, it is bun roi.
Dont let the negative review here fool you. I've tried so many bun mam places in OC but this one tasted just like bun mam in saigon. It might be little salty to someone but the broth is very rich and delicious. Must try !

Their "bun mam"" was not bad,but it's little salty for me. But still ok for togo,i'll add some more boiling water to balance my taste.The only thing -1 star is they don't have any squid and they take cash (I don't even have much cash,i love cash & cards option).
