This Starbucks is close to my house so I used to come here everyday but then started going to one that was further out because of the service the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE!!! There is a girl that works there that has dirty blond hair and wears circle frame glasses she is always rude never says hi always speaks with an attitude and is always rolling her eyes at you. I stopped by just now and she was still working there and was still rude I don’t understand how Starbucks has someone like this working for them after today I will never go there AGAIN!!! If you enjoy rude people and enjoy your drinks tasting nasty then this is the place for you otherwise the best one to go to is off Bolsa Chica and Heil!!!

this is the slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and there was maybe 6-7 cars ahead of me. i’m not sure what the problem is.

Sorry but the stuff need to put more attention on the orders... Plus please a grande mean grande not halfway filled. This drinks are expensive and if I'm paying good money I expect my frappuccino or caramel macchiato whatever I ordered to be made the right way. Great and tasty as you advertised . Just visited the other day, I ordered a matcha latte with pumpkin foam. As I got to the end I got a chunk of something and spit it out...I think it was raspberry or something. Gross, maybe if you make a mistake get a clean cup? Where did it come from? Maybe I was allergic?

Yesterday I was running a little late andI got to the speaker asked for my mobile order they said they didn't have it. I checked the app and sure enough, I ordered at the wrong location. I was sad but they were able to help me at the speaker place a new order and also communicated that I should call the store so they can cancel the order. When I got to the window, I was greeted with someone who was so kind enough to hand me the drink because he knew how frustrating and disappointing the situation can be. I wanted to pay because I just didn't feel like it was anyone else's fault. But he insisted I just take it. I'm so happy that I stopped here because they drink was amazing and I was also very much in a happy place when I left. Great service and great kind hearted associates here!!!

Small place, big heart. Drinks are usually always good. Sometimes there is a long drive thru line but it goes down decently. Pick up is avaliable from outside and there is plenty of parking.
At this Starbucks location, I am consistently impressed by the fast and exceptional service they provide. Placing my orders on the app for pick-up has been a breeze, and the majority of the time, my drinks are ready within 5 to 10 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Of course, during busy weekend mornings when the store gets crowded, there have been a few exceptions to the speedy service, but that's understandable.One thing that sets this Starbucks apart is the delightful surprise of receiving unexpected free treats. It's a thoughtful gesture that always brings a smile to my face. The staff at this location are wonderful and truly add to the positive experience. They greet me with a big smile, making me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.While they do have a few outdoor tables suitable for small group gatherings, I agree that this Starbucks might not be the ideal place for working. The atmosphere, though pleasant, may not offer the quiet and conducive environment needed for focused work sessions.

I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with sugar free vanilla syrup. But for some reason, the baristas thought it funny to give me regular vanilla syrup. I'm type 1 diabetic, & my blood sugar spiked crazy high and refused to come down for hours. Thanks guys. ?

But the Starbucks on goldenwest is no ordinary cafe, it's like the Rebel Without a Cause of coffee shops - all drive-through and outdoor benches, no indoor seating.As I stood at the outdoor counter, I ordered a flat white, hoping for a quick caffeine fix. Oh, how naive I was! My coffee took so long to arrive, I could've grown, harvested, and ground my own coffee beans in the meantime.Meanwhile, the cars in the drive-through were whizzing past like they were on the Autobahn. It was like watching a tortoise and hare race, except this time, the hare was winning and the tortoise was stuck sipping an imaginary flat white.The staff? Bless their hearts, they knew they were slower than a sloth on a lazy Sunday. They were apologetic, sure, but not particularly friendly or engaging. It felt like a missed opportunity in customer service, like serving a cake without the icing.if you're in the mood for a drawn-out coffee experience where you can contemplate life, universe, and everything else, this Starbucks location is perfect. But if you're after speed and efficiency, stay in your car and join the fast lane. Just remember, patience is a virtue, and in this case, it might just be rewarded with a flat white... eventually.
