Yesterday I was running a little late andI got to the speaker asked for my mobile order they said they didn't have it. I checked the app and sure enough, I ordered at the wrong location. I was sad but they were able to help me at the speaker place a new order and also communicated that I should call the store so they can cancel the order. Burnt, as usual. Everyone knows that Starbucks always over-roasts its beans to maintain a well crafted facade of unique taste across the brand: burnt beans. The signature of Starbucks that fools your palate.
