3/30/2024 4:30pm - 5:30pm My cousin and I went Saturday for concha’s. Which were great. The customer service for me was garbage. The two boys would not give me the time of day when I was trying to speak with them. For my cousin they made eye contact and made sure to give her two extra items for free with her purchase. However not with mine when I paid before her. If you are going to treat someone differently due to attraction make sure not to do it in the presence of another family member. It’s disrespectful. Be different if I wasn’t around however I was right next to her. Had to make it VERY clear to see I wasn’t their type to be given the same respect or treatment.
The lady serving today was clearly high and just looked at me with wide eyes and got my order wrong multiple times. I asked for two items, she only charged me for one. I had to explain my order to her so many times, I gave up and left. Be mindful of the people that into to work intoxicated, so disappointing.

We ordered their cafe de olla, what they are known for. Coffee did not taste like cinnamon or piloncillo. We ordered 3 burritos of mole with chicken... it was not MOLE. I spent 110.00 on food and coffee that was horrible. The only good thing was the conchitas.

Cafe de olla is delicious. the selection of pan is smaller than a traditional bakery but every. choice is pretty tasty. Chill atmosphere and friendly staff.Parking: street parking on both sides. If you come during a busy time like dinner time, it can be hard to find parking close by

What can I even say….I didn’t make it to Portos on time and they sold out before closing time New Year’s Eve.I live less than 5 minutes away from this place and after reading their reviews I had great expectations only to be extremely disappointed. I feel miserable knowing I threw away about 30 bucks on the tres leches cake I bought. I guess the reviews on their cakes are more about cake slices than their whole cakes because this cake was either really old or their refrigeration is not working properly. As soon as I opened up the plastic it comes in I smelled it but I ignored it and when I tasted it sure enough…spoiled. On top of that like others have mentioned the cake was so dry. I really thought it wouldn’t be because the milk is visible on the bottom of the cake but the cake itself is dry. The sponge has no milk. Extremely disappointed. Sure enough messed up my stomach right away after trying it. I love MANY businesses on greenleaf but this one is not it. Can’t believe I was sold something spoiled for that price.?

Answering service says it's still closed and waited for someone to pick up the call, ended up hanging up. Online ordering didn't allow me to ask for an earlier time for pick up, it's already set. I'm sure if I spoke to someone they would be able to accommodate a certain pick up time. Food is great, service is slow.
