I just came to this Pizza Hut I had asked for ranch and when I told them that I didn’t want to add them to the order they rudely told me they couldn’t take it off the order and when I checked my receipt it said that their name is LXCC. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location looks like they just want to take advantage of people.

Only 1.3 miles away from the store it took 45 minutes to get my cold food to me. Wings weren't even sauced just plain wings in a sauce soup that I had to shake up and got my shirt messed up in the process. Not worth the 50$ you made me pay.

The Garlic Parmesan pizza was good, other times it has been better, right here... but the chicken wings were a little soggy, I didn't like them.

This place is horrible!!! The girl who works there (today 9/17/23. 12n) should not work in customer facing positions. She is rude and condescending and caused this place to not only lose a customer but I will be escalating to corporate. They play too much and don't focus on the job they have. They continually mess up and act like they really don't give a damn! Someone in corporate needs to come check this location out a day and get it together!!! Pizza isn't made correctly. Hardly any cheese, wings were gummy needed to cook longer and no ranch??? Like, come on!!!! All topped off with rude people supposedly there to help you and DONT! PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Pizza 21 , Rios, pizzamania, shakeys.......anywhere but here.

Order our pizza about 30 minutes before before closing get there about 8 minutes before closing and the door was locked and know one would come when I knot on the door and the bad thing was I could see my pizze setting there. I think the dude working just wanted to take the pizza home.

I've been eating at Pizza Huts since I was a kid. This is the absolute worst experience I've had. It may not seem like much to some but when you order breadsticks and a pizza melt and it all arrives without any sauce whatsoever. It should have come with two marinara dipping sauces and whatever sauce is on the pizza melt. It was completely dry. No sauce. By the time I had realized that the delivery person was gone nothing could be done about it at that point. Have you ever tried eating dry bread with nothing to dip it in? How about pizza with no sauce and nothing to dip it in? Don't even bother with this location.

I will not be returning to this Pizza Hut location and neither will any of my family/friends in the area. The person who took my order over the phone and gave us our pizza (the name on the receipt says Karen) was super rude! I wanted to punch her in the mouth. She was both rude over the phone and in person. When we came to pick up the pizza, another customer also came in after us, the guy that was assisting her told her "we have some customers waiting"...her response was "oh well they just have to wait"!! Rude.Also, the pizza had waaay more sauce than toppings. ?

Horrible place I don’t recommend at all, my pizza was missing toppings , wings were not good found nasty little hairs and when I asked for a refund the manager Jose was rude about it and I didn’t end up getting my money nor did I get new food. If I can give this place zero stars I would. If you’re planning on getting food here don’t go to another Pizza Hut cause this one sucks .

Horrible customer service they messed up on my wings the first time I came to my hotel and then I noticed that they messed up my order again on my pizza. They put pineapple which is not my typical go to I only ordered pepperoni. I c pineapple. I'm allergic and then the first time they messed up on my wings, so I called customer service and they said I had to wait till a manager came on duty they couldn't refund my pizza
