This Whittier BLVD Taco Tent has by far the best Carne Asada I've ever had, period!!! The cashier was handpressinf corn tortillas between customers and helping the cook get more meat started on the side grill. Homemade, hand pressed corn tortillas, ON SITE. The Grill master and likely proprietor of the Asada marinade was great, busy and with only two people running the whole operation, they were very friendly. There are a ton of taco trucks on Whittier Blvd, so far this one has been my favorite. I get the burrito. I've tried the asada and pollo burritos and they are so good and fresh! They are huge too! I can eat one by myself but they are also shareable. My wife lives the tacos and the array of salsas to choose from. The employees are very nice and welcoming.
