Friday was my daughter's fifth birthday and when her party location fell through at the last minute we tried this place and asked if they had an available party room. They were genuinely happy to accommodate us! The asst. manager Kristina is the best. She helped get everything together for us and was cheerful and kind- as was her entire crew! Always delish. Why am I writing a review about a chain restaurant? The nice thing about this particular shop is that they burned one of my pies and instead of just shucking it off to me, the guy showed it and said he had a new one in the oven and gave me the choice to wait an additional 5 minutes for the new one. Very thoughtful. And of course it was delish (as usual)!
