I just went to this pollo loco location, I order a pollo bowl and 2 Chicken breast with a size of beans.. which the 2 chicken breakfast and the size of beans I got right. But instead of the pollo bowl they gave me some chips with chicken and a few beans on it.The staff members on the window was kind of rude.
Just visited this location for the second time, my boyfriend and I went about ten minutes before they closed and thought we'd take advantage of the coupon of 16 piece fam meal for 30 bucks. So we order, get home and realize they just did 8 pieces. We head back after they close and wouldn't answer the Intercom.
