“I’ve been meaning to review this place for a WHILE. The only reason I didn’t get around to it sooner is because I was always so excited to eat my sandwich that I forgot to take a picture of it. Any sandwich here will be one of if not the best sub sandwich you’ll ever have and are all elevated to the next level with their Italian dressing that you HAVE TO get extra of. The sandwich in the picture is the Pandoras Box, and it’s fantastic, but the Hula Girl, Sweet Caroline, Captain Morgan, Endless Summer or just a traditional sub (I recommend the #6) are all amazing choices you will never be disappointed by. Also all the staff are super friendly. They even recognize my dad and I whenever we go. It has thick cheese, crispy edges, a crunchy crust, and soft dough. They don't drown the pie in sauce, which I personally like. I'm sure if you feel differently, they could easily accommodate you. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. As far as I can tell, the kitchen is clean and they also keep the lobby area clean as well. “If you are ever in Chatsworth or near there and love great junk food, The Munch Box is the place to go. Parking is usually not a problem.This place has been there forever it seems, I think sometime in the mid 50s it went up. It has chili dogs, burgers, fries. They thought of closing it once and that did not go over well with the neighborhood. This roadside burger stand has been owned and operated by the same family, kept the same Googie architecture, and nearly the same menu, with a variety of burgers, hot dogs, and fries since it opened. The prices have gone up, but other than that it is the same.When development threatened to close the restaurant in the early 2000’s, the community wrote 1,700 letters and petitions to the city council, urging that the burger stand be placed on the list of Cultural-Historical landmarks. They won and it is now a protected landmark.The food is the best. We love their chili dogs with raw onion. Their burgers with chili are great. I don't care for American Cheese, not really cheese now is it, and that is all they have, but my grandson loves it. They still sell root beer and even though it is the same you can get at a grocery, it seems better there.It is go to the counter, order, wait a minute and either eat there, outdoors, or in your car or take home. “Most delicious french fry brand in the world!! There is nothing that tastes better than fries from Potato Corner. I love to mix two flavors when I order my fries, I get the Sour Cream and Barbeque mix with the straight fries. The powder mix is heavenly and I love how evenly distributed the fries are. You can see the powder mixing happening in action by the staff when you stand by the display case. You can also get some wings and get grub in that way too. The prices are affordable and I love how the fries are also piping hot from the moment they call out your order. Definitely pick and choose what time to order some fries from here, especially if you are on a rush or a time crunch. Unfortunately, there is a high chance that there'll be a long line of people waiting and your wait can end up being around 20 minutes. You can see the workers with high stress levels due to people getting visibly impatient. I see people complain but that honestly doesn't help anyone out. So for your own sanity, just be aware of the situation and expect to wait if you see many people lined up and/or waiting. If you do have time to spare, it's worth the wait.“

Kudos to whoever does the ordering as they serve Gardenburger brand -which they go on to manage adding a little crisp to it (not an easy feat.) I was just visiting from out of town but my friend who lives on that block goes there once a week or so and he got the chili dogs and Gyro pictured. I have to mention that the cashier was lovely, I enjoyed snapping photos of my pup, and lastly they give out buzzers that notify you when your order is ready.
