Was around the area and just randomly decided to try this place although I’ve never had Jewish/hebrew cuisine beside a bagel. Anyways I walk in and this wonderful lady greets me with so much love and tells me to sit and eat. Gives me a try of the bread with fish before I even sit down and I eat. Miriam is the owner and the chef and owner treats me like I’m in her home. I felt like I was at my grandmas house. I love it!I was craving latkes this Hanukkah and found this place online.We walked in after the lunch rush. It's A simple storefront.A heating table towards the back of the room about 6 options.Nothing special. No latkes.I asked the lady if there were any latkes and she said she would make me some. Oh wow!!! She makes them with cooked potatoes instead of raw potatoes. My favorite. I haven't had that since my teens.
