“The pie's are really good. It feels like home, as if my grandmother made it. They justify the quote " grandmother's recipe". The ambience is cool. They have quick service and are very polite and heartwarming people. I love it.“
“This was only our second time going to Toni's Courtyard Cafe. Every time our daughter had competition in Merced, we stop by before driving back home for brunch. The food is really yummy, the servers are very friendly, great ambiance - they played Elvis classics when I went there last and I loved it.“

“Driving through Merced we wanted to stop for a bite to eat. After checking the best reviewed taco trucks in town, we were led here, and we were not disappointed! Armando was extremely welcoming and provided amazing and genuine customer service. We got burritos for the ride back, and I’m already craving another! Great spot, don’t miss out!“
“Great place, our 1st time. It was busier than I anticipated for the area. Great food, $1 beers + live band on Fridays! Atmosphere is inviting, clean, kitchen staff is friendly ?Parking: Park where u can, free and some on the streetKid-friendliness: A lot of kids playing on the grass area.“
“An exceptionally good dining experience! We have eaten here on numerous occasions, but never in the other dining room away from the bar and main dining room. Celebrating our 33rd anniversary, they gave us a great table near the window, and the staff all signed a card that we received once we sat down. Other than a few extra minutes waiting due to how popular and busy it was, the service and food were excellent. It's not a huge menu, just a good one. Food is moderately priced with nice portions and delicious! One of the best dining establishments in Merced.“
“Nice selection of beers. Clean and attractive place, right downtown. Frequently have DJs - good music. Often have a taco truck parked outside so you can grab a bite to go with your beer. Once in a while they'll have an event like a concert - they'll block off the street and basically have a street party. Check their FaceBook for upcoming events.“
“Great spot to check out if you like wine.Great selection, great service, tasty treats, chill environment, very casual, you can go get some work done or chat with other fellow wine drinkers - definitely check it out!Photo:Charcuterie boardOlivesBread“
“Destino's is a culinary gem that excels in creating a delightful dining experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cozy ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to accommodate your needs with a smile. The restaurant's selection of alcoholic drinks is impressive, offering a variety of options to complement your meal. Whether you're in the mood for a classic cocktail or a glass of wine, Destino's has you covered. The food at Destino's is nothing short of spectacular. The appetizers, such as the beer-battered cheese bites and fried calamari, are cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and deliciously gooey on the inside. But the real star of the show is the Mama Mia pizza. This mouthwatering creation features a perfect crust, flavorful sauce, and a generous topping of cheese and toppings. It's truly a culinary masterpiece that will leave you craving more.Overall, Destino's is a must-visit for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. From the atmosphere to the food, it checks every box and leaves you wanting more.“
“Went to the Reggaeton Brunch with my bestie and we had an amazing time! Such delicious food, wonderful drinks, and perfect music. We even ended the event on the dance floor with most of the other guests. I look forward to having more girl time at their different future events.“
“Nice location with lots of seating indoor and out. This place is great, but the Oakland dust food truck that parks here Fri and Sat. Night is what brings us here from 50+ miles away to eat! This BBQ is amazing! Average meal cost is $15 per person. The brisket nachos are heavenly and the jaw dropper (brisket with mac n cheese sandwich) as well as the pork Mac n cheese are a must have. That being said you can't go wrong with anything they make here!! Definitely worth the drive and a regular visit. Truck can be popular so make sure if you're planning on trying it out you are close to 5pm. They serve till they're out.“
“I only went here for a friend. I usually do not go here because the menu options is too much like reading a book. You know like the cheesecake factory. Long for no reason Like trying to select a movie on Netflix. Disney+ and hulu at the same time. Anyhow the drink was good at least that's what my friend said. But maybe I'm a weirdo because when I got up to the window. They started chatting a whole conversation with me. Not that the conversation wasn't decent but I just found it weird. I just wanted to sit there in silence till I got my drink. Anyhow I think I'll probably go back. ???♂️“
“We ordered tacos, a torta and chicken chow mein. We did wait a while for our order but we figured as much since they use handmaid tortillas. Everything was delicious the chicken is chicken from the grill it's a little on the roasted side but we loved this. Tacos were so yummy and the roasted jalapeño added a nice touch. The chow mein was amazing, I wanted to get the shrimp chow mein but since our drive back home was a few hours and knew I wouldn't finish my meal I went for the chicken. I split the chicken torta and it was pretty yummy too. I had a few bites of the chow mein and have to say it is pretty amazing. I'll be eating the rest for dinner“
