Always a pleasure with Katherine I believe her name is, she not only always greets us, she remembered that we were out of town and asked about our trip. And she has beautiful penmanship she did a wonderful design for a friend's ice cream cake that was last minute so I appreciate that. Gratitude for the improvement of customer service. My bf, loved the way his shake was blended yesterday.
I know this will seriously sound weird to you all lol But this is actually my first time buying ice cream at this place , which I honestly don't know why?! I always go to all the gelato places but I got to say this place has amazing and super tasty ice cream and they have such a big variety of flavors! The whole ordering online thing is a joke. I spent so much time downloading the app and trying to pick a cake. I finally just called and asked about the difference between the 3 different Oreo cakes they had.
