Absolutely amazing place. Reliably answers phone calls, provides thorough and helpful information. When I went to pick up an ice cream cake in person, the staff were so lovely and funny, too! This is my new baskin robbins spot, for sure.

I ordered a cake here and the guy on the phone was great however when I came for pickup they had wrote the wrong name completely. the girl even admitted it was their mistake and that it was correct on the order form. They proceeded to scrape the name off, leaving dyed white cake and then tried to cover it up with the actual name. It looked like shit. When I asked if I could at least get a discount they offered me $1.00 off. Lmao keep your dollar I won't be returning.

Very disappointed in the experience my daughter had on her bday yesterday with the Baskin Robbins located on Topanga. We went in for a free scoop of ice cream which Baskin Robbins does on your bday with every intention of purchasing several more scoops and ordering a couple cakes for a party this weekend. The staff refused to honor the scoop and didn't believe it was her 10th bday. They thought the app was a doctored picture. I went to another location that happily gave it to her and was happy I spent hundreds of dollars more.

The whole ordering online thing is a joke. I spent so much time downloading the app and trying to pick a cake. I finally just called and asked about the difference between the 3 different Oreo cakes they had. Well I didn't get much clarification as it seemed they were busy and didn't have a lot of time to talk specifics over the phone . So I went back into the app to order and then was prompted that I couldn't have a basic ice cream cake personalized in less than 24 hours. So I called back again and asked if it was possible to get a cake in time with a 21 hour window. I explained how I was trying for several hours (minus other interruptions) to do all this on their app and was struggling and now it was past the 24 hour window. The guy on the phone said he could take the order over the phone and he'd call me back. Which he did. This all became overly complicated. All I wanted was a half sheet Oreo ice cream cake with white cake and a simple two word phrase!!The next day when I got there, I gave him the coupon code I got in an email that worked online, where I originally was placing the order, but he couldn't honor it at the store because I didn't have a scan code. Ugh! I didn't have my glasses to go searching through my emails and I had people waiting in the car. I had the picture I posted here with the coupon code and it showing it worked, but there was no way for him to give me the$5 discount What a joke. Worst experience.The cake was great. I thought it was a bit deceiving to say it's a HALF SHEET (it was tiny)... But it worked out regardless.Anyway... I got my cake, deleted the app, unsubscribed from their emails and will never go back to Baskin Robbins again.Only reason I'm giving them a 3 star was that the product itself was good. But everything else was just a waste of time.

Today I purchased two single scoops and was charged for two double scoops and a single scoop ice cream. OVER CHARGED!!! Not very happy. I will call my credit card provider to dispute. Buyer beware- I trusted them- but I should have checked the receipt before leaving- I checked the receipt when I got home. That's when I saw the OVER CHARGE!!! Very Disappointed.

Always a pleasure with Katherine I believe her name is, she not only always greets us, she remembered that we were out of town and asked about our trip. And she has beautiful penmanship she did a wonderful design for a friend's ice cream cake that was last minute so I appreciate that. Gratitude for the improvement of customer service. My bf, loved the way his shake was blended yesterday.

No gloves and touched my ice cream cone. I though anyone serving food needs gloves. Although the cone had a paper wrap but he still touch the cone itself! Not acceptable. I didn't complain as my son was with me but would never go back to this location.
