If I could give them negative stars, I would this place is horrible. I ordered a whopper Junior and I forgot to ask for extra pickles and when I got to the front to pay I asked for extra pickles on the side. I even said i would pay extra. The guy that was working there said no I can't have any extra pickles that they are for the burgers... even though I ordered a burger. Then he tried to tell me that they were out of pickles because he was too lazy to go get a side of pickles. I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he was the manager. This guy seriously needs to get fired. (This is the woodland hills location the manager that was working on January 2nd, 2024 at 6pm). I haven't had such bad customer service in a very long time. I know it's a fast food restaurant but seriously don't go here. The service is horrible.

Had a craving for Burger King after grocery shopping at the Whole Foods in the same plaza. I don't eat meat so it's awesome they have the impossible burger. Burger King was a thing in Southern California growing up so it brings back memories! I ordered the small size combo. I was apprehensive at first thinking maybe I should order the large but the small size fry was totally satisfying. The employee at the window was very polite and pleasant. They gave me extra napkins without asking. I would definitely order again. I love that they had a trash can at the end of the drive through because many places don't provide a trash can in the drive through line anymore. They have some mini palm trees planted too which I think is important for a better aesthetic. I ordered bottled water with combo which is good alternative.

Getting into the parking lot can be difficult from Canoga. It’s much easier to turn off Ventura just before Whole Foods. Staff is super friendly and nice.

I had a bad experience at Burger King with my child. The woman who took our order was rude and yelled at us, making us uncomfortable. I'll not be coming back here again, especially with my child.

You have to beg for napkins here. What kind of animals do you think we are? The food is greasy, we need napkins. If we ask for napkins, don't just give us 2. Your food is messy, it takes more than two napkins. If you can't afford to give your customers napkins, charge a little more, and start providing the napkins. Get your napkin game together, BK.

09/15/2023 ( 15:30) I stoped by Burger King today and I decided to use drive-thru to order my meal . When It was my turn to order, the person who was taking my order sounds very rude and unhappy. I did not care in the beginning but seconds later I asked her to slow down because I could not hear her well due to her tone of voice. I think that she did not like it because her answer was adding more unkindness , louder, careless and rudeness to her tone of voice. I choice not to say anything because my mom was next to me, but she was shocked that way this lady was applying her costumer services to us. When we got to the window to pay our meal my mom asked to the cashier " are you the lady who is screaming and being very rude". Cashier reply " yes I am, I am that one who is taking your order". I was in shocked again and I asked my mom to calm down and I asked cashier Name which she replied " CECILIA". After that I took my meals and I drove home. The purpose of this posting is to report to Burger King management their employees behavior and the lack of costumer service that they have. (CECILIA)

I have never been so mad in my life at a fast food restaurant in Martin the manager is absolutely unfit for this job. The poor young man at the drive-through did not speak English did not understand what I was saying even when I drove up to the window and told him that my order was wrong. I ordered an impossible sandwich and I also ordered a chicken sandwich with no sauce for my son they could not understand my order I repeated myself 10 times nicely To please do not put sauce or condiments on my sons sandwich because he's hypoallergenic when I got to the drive-through my order was wrong so I asked for the manager I said sir I am so sorry I understand how it is to not speak perfect English my mom is from Lebanon and she went through the same thing when she came to America. But I can't keep repeating myself if you can't understand what I want to order. The manager waved his hands at me and said he doesn't know what I'm talking about and he does not care about my son's allergies! I will be calling the district office you have to speak English to communicate in America! I am black and Lebanese I am not prejudice these people here were acting Extremely unprofessional towards me completely rude and sent me away when I was explaining my son's allergies they need to be fired on the spot the manager and the guy at the window no communication bad customer service extremely rude! I worked at Claremont university for five years at Haggle Bargers café as the manager right under the executive chef!! So while I was watching them put my fries in the bag the man was touching my fries absolutely unacceptable besides all of this disgusting behavior

We ordered food via the app, new record, 4 of 4 burgers were messed up!!Ok, hubs & I are adults, we will eat & shut up. We did ask them to remake my kids' burgers. They became insistent that they were right, this was how I ordered them-with onions & bbq & no tomatoes, one with lettuce, one without. Then said all burgers come with onions-yes, but that's why I clicked the button for without onions.Here's the thing....after my 10yr old put onions out the window & they stuck to the side of my car, I've never ordered onions on anything for her again. I am a fast learner ;-)Was over 30min before they agreed to remake these burgers.If I had to guess, they're having issues with the app talking to the store. I suspect the app gave the wrong instructions. I can be understanding of this, I can even pick things off my burger & eat it with the "wrong" condiments, however can they not be understanding & remake my kids burgers??Not a good experience & definitely won't be returning here!! This was not the quick & pleasant experience I envisioned!!

It was quick service and when there was a mistakening machine when it accidentally took my crown points but didn't register. The people behind the counter Made sure I got my item hours using the points for anyway. They went out their way to do it. They're bomb. Thank you!
