One of the better bagel chains in the area. Way better than western bagels nearby. Service can be very slow but staff is nice!

I don't understand all these bad reviews. Ive only had nothing but positive experiences here since moving to Noah's after trying western bagel for awhile now. Will definitely keep coming back.

SO SAD :( close this place down or do a clean house with new employees because y'all are ruining this place for me. i love every location, except this one. rude employees, & i've given them multiple chances to correct my orders or even make them more edible but NOOOOO EVERY TIME ITS JUST SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT

The bagels are delicious - as close to NY Bagels as you can get in the Valley. For better bagels, Belle's Bagels in the City is far superior. However, they don't accommodate special requests very well. If you want a sandwich on a bagel, they will tell you if it comes with pepper cream cheese, they cannot substitute. Also, very disorganize. Bagels are sloppy looking when made. Staff seemed overworked and UNHAPPY. Not a bit friendly. I'll be going to Western Bagel from now on.

Poor costumer service by employee name Steven. It's very unfortunate that people like Steven represent Noah's Bagel. He was rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Noah's Bagel just lost another costumer.

The bagels are sooo good. Super short wait for them too and cheaper than other places. 10/10

I've received the incorrect bagel in my take out order too many times now. Very disappointing how little effort put into making sure a single bagel order is correct.

Some types of bagels are limited quantities, no matter how early you try. The quality deteriorated after the pandemic.

Used to be good. Paid $5 for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. It had so little cream cheese I couldn't believe it. And it was somehow burnt on top but not toasted. What happened? This place used to be good. Very sad to see how bad it's gotten.

The quality of the bagels are good, but the customer service is BEYOND RUDE, especially when it comes to Steven the employee worker at Woodland Hills location. He’s always rude and has attitude and is not nice at all to customers that come in.

So little cream cheese it actually messed up my mood as I was taking someone there and we were both disappointed.

Stayed the night close by and they were open super early. The bagels were fresh and tasted amazing. The cinnamon roll was decent. The juices weren't fresh like I hoped, but the orange juice was good. ?‍♀️

I have been coming here for about 15 years, since my kids were young. More recently, I have been ordering through Ubereats because of a health issue. Today, 3 of the Asiago bagels were burnt and the 3 plain bagels had large burnt bubbles on them. The 2 pretzel bagels were undercooked. I'm not sure if there is new management and/or staff, but having quality control issues with all the bagels I received warrants a negative review. Just because I am ordering through a delivery app does not mean you should give me sub-standard bagels. I'm very disappointed.
