I am writing this review to thank Shohre who made our night very memorable. It was our first time going to this place. Shohre was our waitress. She was so friendly, kind, welcoming, and attentive. Shohre was checking in continually with our table and anticipating our needs. This Place is absolutely worth the hype! It's a beautiful space that feels very homey.Another good point about this place is that the portions are huge and you will have planty to take home. Highly recommended!***Merc Shohre for giving us free tea before getting Icecream ;)

I'm really confused about some of the negative reviews? The food was excellent! Especially their koobideh beef kabobs. Service was fast and pleasant. I'll definitely be back to try other menu options.

I wish I could give a 0 star rating for this place. This pizza was really bad and I couldn’t even eat it the cheese was terrible and poor quality. The customer service was awful and they were not nice to me. I will recommend you to go to different pizza places if you want to enjoy because this is not the right place.

Good vibe- customer service is awesome.One set of Kale pache is good enough for 1 male and 1 female.Water of kale pache was very oily. So 1 is enough.Don’t forget to enjoy the hot persian tea.

We drove up here with my friend because we saw there pictures online and thought we should give it a go , the only reason I’m giving a 1 star is because of there kabab we got the dish which comes with koobide chicken kabab and kenjeh and we both were so disappointed , the food was not tasty had basically no seasoning there chicken was bad there kenjeh was pink inside wasn’t cooked right no seasoning again out of all of the tree different kabab koobideh was the best but still not the best koobideh you could get , we got a pizza as well it okay the best thing we got was there onion rings , still i wouldn’t recommend and price for the kabab we got was 40 $ and the kalepache they serve is 50 $ i don’t know where they get there price from but that’s just way too much not worth it , if the food was tasty i would say heck with it but no thank you

their kubideh and shish kabab was actually pretty good, the chicken kabab not so much. they really need to step up their service in order to survive , if you are under staffed at least make priorities so you don't screw up everything when it gets busy !

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment may have its limitations, but I decided to give it a chance. Regrettably, it turned out to be a disappointing venture from start to finish. First and foremost, the restaurant's choice of serving a cheap brand of rice was evident, and it significantly impacted the quality of the dishes. The rice lacked flavor and was overcooked making it an unappetizing side to the main course. In a restaurant setting, one would expect a much higher standard, especially when it comes to something as basic as rice. My main course, the kabob, was equally disappointing. It was evident that little care had been taken in preparing the dish. The meat was very low quality, lacking the tenderness and flavor that are essential for a good kabob. What added to my frustration was the fact that I had wasted not only my money but also my valuable time by choosing to dine at Polo Restaurant. The subpar food and lackluster service made me question why I had even bothered to visit in the first place. To sum it up, my experience at Polo Restaurant was nothing short of a disappointment. The cheap quality of rice, combined with the unappetizing kabob, made it a regrettable dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying meal, as there are undoubtedly better options available in the area. We really like the pizzas here. They're a little different and more on the lighter side.. The pizza dough is similar to a pita or laffa bread. Highly recommend especially if you want a pizza with chicken or one of their specialty meats. Not sure about dining in but they're good for pick up. The only issue we've had is that they're not consistently open. One time we ordered online and got to the restaurant to learn they had been temporary closed for a few weeks. Another night we wanted to order and Google/Yelp had shown that the restaurant was permanently closed. Now it shows they're open again so hopefully that stays the case!
