“I have visited this location 4 times since it opened, and I don't like it as much as the Vacaville and Elk Grove locations. I stopped by there today, and it was definitely a better visit than past visits. On my first 3 visits, my order was wrong (one wrong cookie in a box of 4), but the associates were quick to resolve my issue. Also, on my past visits, the box I was handed was always greasy and cookies that came with frosting were always smeared. Additionally, most of the cookies from previous visits were raw. This time, the associate preparing my order greeted me as I walked in, prepared my order accurately, and handed me a box that was clean. The cookies tasted good.“
“It's okay. Most pastries I saw looked like they had either been left in the oven too long or not long enough. When I finally settled on some things, I didn't taste the "freshness" everyone else is talking about. They did have a big selection, but not many things that looked appetizing. I think they would be much better off narrowing their selection and focusing on quality. The things I got, though, (conchas, croissant, cookie) were pretty good and reasonably priced.“
“Peet's Vs. Starbucks Vs. Dutch BrosFollowing story happened between 2/22nd - 3/3rd/ 2023.I was staying in Woodland, CA. Econo Lodge Hotel on 53 W Main st.I had coffee three times daily from either Dutch Bros, Star Bucks or Peets. All within one mile from each other. See drawn map in photos.I compared the price, the liquid level and the thickness of the coffee.Peet's coffee was the most expensive but the cup has the highest liquid levelPeet's win in thickness and richness of coffee.Issues: inconsistency in price-------------For Double Espresso (my usual coffee-drink for 30 years):Dutch Bros: $2.45Starbucks: $2.75 & $3.25 a day afterPeet's coffee at Raley's: $2.90 & $3.5 in the next visit----------For triple espresso:Dutch Bros: $3.45Starbucks: $3.5 the first time/ and $3.9 second timePeet's Coffee: I skipped anticipating it will be over $4--------------For the caffeine addicts (self-included) any double espresso will do. If you want to sit and read or write something, Peet's inside Raley's is not the best place for that. I'm not sure but i think they don't have a wi-fi. Also, because it's inside a market; it is awkward to sit there for more than 15 minutes. The other issue is the Barista is usually doing something else and you have to get their attention that you want coffee.Still very good coffee. Company good do better to attract sales.___________I will post another review for Starbucks Vs. Dutch Bros Vs. Peet'sand another for Dutch Bros Vs. Peet's Vs Starbucks“
“These guys are an absolute God send!! I live in Indiana but my 5 year old is in Woodland. I placed several calls out there, trying to find someone that would make, and deliver, Valentine's Day cupcakes for my daughters class. Not only did they agree to this but, Melissa went out of her way to purchase some suckers to send with the cupcakes!! 🥰🥰 I will be forever grateful to this small business and look forward to visiting them in the future!! Job well done!!“
“The food was hot and delicious. The Mexican sweet bread and also cookies and cheese cake were very delicious. The owners and staff are all very friendly and helpful. The place is clean. The parking lot can get busy sincr it is shared with other businesses.“
“My husband loves the Mexican bread here out of all the places in yolo county. The bread is dense and filling, with just the right amount of sweetness. They also sell donuts and stuffed pastries. We always drive from Davis to get our bread here... It's that delicious.“
“This review is solely for the Costco food court only... Picked up a couple of pizzas last night for dinner, and they were made and served quickly and piping hot right out of the oven. We ordered at that kiosk, around 5:20ish, and we were out the door by 5:45. As per usual, the food court area was packed, so we kind of wandered around Costco for a bit. Since we were only there to pick up pizzas, we didn't do any shopping, but the store was clean and fully stocked. Please note: this is not the usual Costco that I shop at, but similar. For example: food court is inside at this location vs. outside where I shop. Regardless, if in the area again and for a longer period of time and if needing to shop, I would return to this Costco. The staff members are nice too.“
“Such a happening place! Real bakers. Real production of fresh goods. I’m partial to the pumpernickel raisin bread and the birdseed bread. I’m not a big sweets fan, but my family is! Love their coffee. So cheap, I don’t don’t have to spend my retirement for a cup of coffee.Parking: So much easier than parking downtown!Kid-friendliness: The staff is kind, and friendly and were very attentive to our needs. The place isn’t huge for “running around” but we were certainly welcomed! My grandchildren love all the breads and deserts.“
“Came in for the first time and will definitely be back! I was so appreciative that they could make me one of the warm coffee drinks with half decaf espresso grounds and half regular espresso grounds. (Thank you!)I also loved the pumpkin and chocolate chip cookie! (It was hard just picking one cookie; I wanted to try them all!)“
