“Thai Pepper is a godsend to vegans and vegetarians in Woodland (and meat eaters as well). Stick with the Thai dishes to get some awesome food that tastes home cooked. They just got their license for beer and wine so definitely worth dining in - though for sure their carry out business is the bomb. They are closing for April so get ready for an awesome May when they get back. Best dishes IMHO are Fresh Rolls w Tofu, Pumpkin Curry with brown rice, Crispy Tofu and Pad Thai vegan with tofu no egg. Tom kha is delicious as well.“
“I came here for the first time a couple months ago so I forgot what dishes we had but they were AMAZING. A little something more than the usual curry flavors I find in many places. The serving sizes were healthy but not huge like one finds in a more family style restaurant. I would get two dishes for two people to share and probably have leftovers for a substantial meal for one. Ambiance was slightly formal, very classy, and quiet. Tiny place but we weren't crowded. Will definitely return!“
“This is probably one of the most popular restaurants in Davis. If you go at a busy time, there will be a very long wait (40+ minutes) to get your food. But, the food is pretty good. Their spicy scale leans towards the hotter side of things.I can recommend the Mama Pad Si Ew (stir fried instant noodles.) My only critique is that the chicken didn't have much flavor, like it was boiled without salt and just tossed on top of the noodles right before serving.They could definitely run the A/C more. What is it with restaurants in this town letting the customers steam cook as much as the food?“
“YES and YES! The best, the VERY best Calamari Salad in all of the Sacramento/Davis area! I go out of my way to pick up a salad or stop in! The service is always awesome and always appreciated when I order a beer, the staff has to take a walk to get a beer! It's also fun to sit in the restaurant, small and cute place. Or you can sit outside too!“
“We have enjoyed Bangkok Cuisine's food for a few years now and want to highly recommend it to others! Their menu is filled with many dishes to choose from, all with a terrific variety of protein options as well. We've mostly done takeout for supper, and the food has always come out on time and nice and steaming. Our favorite dishes so far are the drunken noodles, green curry, potstickers, and yellow curry, and we look forward to trying others!“
