We watched the bartender walk back and forth, looking lost trying to find things to make drinks. And our food took a while to come even though it wasn't busy. The person who brought our food, who looked like the manager, apologized for the long wait.I hope they get a good system going because their food is good. The CHICKEN SANDWICH was crispy, with great flavor, juicy, and spicy! CHICKEN WINGS were very good, too, esp dipped in Clyde's sauce. MAC AND and CHEESE was creamy and cheesy!The drinks could be better, though. We are willing to spend more money on drinks but they need to be great! You could barely taste the alcohol in their MARGARITA and their MAI TAI taste like it's missing something. I let the bartender know, and he fixed the Margarita by adding more alcohol in it, which we appreciated.I don't think we will dine in again, but I'll definitely get their food to go. ?Vegetarian options: I saw a cauliflower sandwich on the menu

Not worth the recent price increase. Local store taking advantage of customers. Price gouging for minimum wage law they are not required to enact. Less than 50 stores nationwide. Talked with employee that stated he's making $15/hr.

Chicken wings were cooked well but that’s the only good thing. Never had to use a handful of napkins before to remove all the oil dripping from the batter which caused the wings to be soggy. Batter was overpowering the wings with way too much salt. Do not recommend!

Clyde's looks great from the outside, and I really was hoping it would be awesome but other than the service which was fantastic every other part of the meal was disappointing. Food was mediocre, extremely expensive for what you got and some of it was legit just bad. I know things have gotten more expensive, but for an $11 chicken sandwich that is essentially take out, I expect more than the worlds thinnest chicken thigh. Seriously I've had bigger chicken sandwiches from McDonald's. The spice was fine, but the slaw was sparse and lackluster and the pickles overwhelmed the entire sandwich. The bun was the highlight, not what you're looking for in chicken sandwiches. The Mac and cheese was noodles + velvetta, an insult to the dish. Seriously it was the least impressive Mac and cheese you could imagine. In some ways I'd have preferred craft. Their fries were easily the best part of the meal, good waffle fries and well seasoned and crispy. Don't go here, it's overpriced, slow and very pricy for what you get. There are so many better fried chicken options out there.

Super disappointed! My go to chicken place closed down and decided to try this place. I'm not even done with my sandwich and had to review. I asked for a hot sandwich and I'd be shocked if it has any spice. The chicken is burnt and super dry! This place is also very expensive and to serve terrible food... that's a bummer! I wanted to love it but it's a major fail! I will not be back. Hope they close down soon.

Dine-in service is the same. Really slow for fast food. Poor execution on a decent concept. Several other better options out there.
We've gotten drive thru from this location three times and all three times food wasn't up to par. This last time there was like barely 1 tablespoon of slaw on sandwich and the cauliflower piece was tiny. The burrito had nearly any egg on it and it was so over cooked. If you're gonna charge that much for a sandwich, give the customer what they paid for.. The Placentia location is 100 times better with consistency and quality. I won't be coming back to this location.

Definitely next level up from Chik-fil-a, without a doubt.To the owners: I will say the wait time in the drive-in was long. I certainly get that when you are putting out a good product, it's not going to come out as fast as a crispy McChicken! It's like a 5 Guys burger. It's not going to be ready in 5 minutes. I didn't think you deserve to get trashed over it. I was MORE happy over the taste, than I was dissatisfied with the wait. You've received an incredible amount of customer data. For FREE! This is what people who've spent money in YOUR place are saying. I hope us translates to improvements in your operation and I'll certainly look forward to my next strip combo! ?

I'm really disappointed in place. The food is overpriced and the bar service was terrible. It felt as if the bar tender was annoyed there were customers wanting drinks. Wouldn't give me a sample of beer to try "they don't do that". The 805 I had, did not feel like they cleaned the lines at all. It was not like getting an 805 at most places. Not worth the money. The vibe was ok. I did like the tv situation but that was about it.

Im so happy they opened this location; we used to go to the Fullerton one but we moved. Food- ALWAYS fresh, hot, delicious Service- GREAT! One time our online order took a lot longer than expected so they were very accommodating as we waited plus made sure everything was ok! Employees are very friendly Ambiance - AWESOME! This location has a rooftop hangout plus bar inside. Very clean & tidy! My hubby & I also LOVE the huge big screen inside where they play sports or movies!
