Prescott truly made our experience at Chandon! He was kind, personable and very knowledgeable about the product. He made us feel like VIPs!! I love bubbles and I wish I could give this place more stars. It's a 3.5 but I am rounding up to a 4. My husband and I were on the way to celebrate our anniversary weekend in Napa. Around 9AM they texted me letting me know that it was extra chilly in Napa that morning and to dress appropriately. We had also checked the weather prior to leaving but I did appreciate their text.The drive up to the grounds was nice. This experience was first class. It is a bigger winery than many in Napa. However we were treated very personally and while we planned to just stay for an hour it ended up being two hours because we enjoyed our time, the service and the sparkling wine so much.We did the Terroir tasting and that was perfect. The property is newly renovated and stunning.
