Had lunch here on Feb. 13th. It was included in the wine trolley tour package I purchased. We were served 6 courses. Started up with a salad. I forgot what kind of greens in it. It has apples and cheese. The dressing is delightful. Then pasta came with red sauce. It was good enough, although, pasta was overcooked. Then 3 typesof pizza came out after. Pizzas were good enough, but all of them are on the salty side. Then after, we had pistachio ice cream for desert. And that was the best one of all that was served to us. The server lady was attentive.

Well, we could never get in there. They never gave us information on their closures we went twice and both times we went. They were closed, but it said they were open.

Lunch here was included in our Wine Trolley tour. Delicious word fired pizzas. We sampled 4 different pizzas and they were all delicious. The crust was amazing and they were perfectly cooked. Good wine sampling included at an optional cost. Wines were a great pairing with the pizzas. Great atmosphere within a nice cooking accessory store.

Came here for lunch on the wine trolley tour. It was so good. The salad in particular was so good- the grapes and strawberries were a nice touch. The pizzas were good but small. The espresso gelato was delicious and came in a little martini glass. Overall, I really enjoyed Ottimo.

Did the wine trolly and this was the place we stopped for lunch! Absolutely hated it! Felt rushed, wine was being thrown out too fast and some staff were miserable felt uncomfortable being here! We all ended back on the wine trolly early wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I would give a negative review if I could. We stopped here while doing a Napa Valley Wine Trolley Tour. The young women working there were extremely rude and hostile the entire time. It was obvious they hate their jobs. We were never offered anything to drink and the pizza's were tiny. They served them one at a time to be divided between 12 people. This meant that not everyone at the table even got a slice. There were 3 total served, so I ended up getting one tiny little slice of pizza and about 1/4 cup of salad. We all left hungry. Stopping there honestly ruined the entire day for me.

We went here as part of the wine trolley tour. They served us three pizzas....the mushroom pizza was off the charts good. Would definitely go back for that one.

We stopped for lunch at Ottimo as part of the Napa wine Trolley experience. It was salad and several different pizzas served family style. The salad was well dressed and seemed to consist primarily of arugula. There were mushroom, pepperoni, and margarita pizzas, they were solid. A small wine parking was also offered for ~$20 per person. We had some time to kill prior to the trolley leaving so decided to buy a glass of wine while we waited. It was $17 for a 3 oz pour of an ok wine which I thought was egregious. It looks like this spot has closed in the last several weeks and to be honest I'm not that surprised.

The kale salad with strawberry dressing was fantastic! Loved the mushroom pizza!

The pizza was fantastic. However, we were part of a trolley tour and our table definitely did NOT feel like we were a priority and received very poor service compared to the other tables. Even after addressing staff, service did not improve. There was a lot of miscommunication as to what was being served.

The pizza was disappointing. Customer service was friendly. The ambiance was nice, though a bit confusing.
