The staff was super sweet! If you ask for any specific requests they can do it just be nice about it! The ice cream was super creamy and a lot! The staff worked as fast as they could and were super helpful!

Wanted an after dinner treat, so headed to our local Cold Stone. The young man assisting me was brand new. Doesn’t appear he had training or it wasn’t sticking. Couldn’t even start my order (adding ice cream to a bowl). The young lady helping him, was trying her best to instruct him while also help customers.
