Wanted an after dinner treat, so headed to our local Cold Stone. The young man assisting me was brand new. Doesn’t appear he had training or it wasn’t sticking. Couldn’t even start my order (adding ice cream to a bowl). The young lady helping him, was trying her best to instruct him while also help customers. Ice cream tasted delicious, just wasn’t very appealing to look at. Notice cookie not chopped up and they had to put it into a larger cup because it was so messy and add scoops of ice cream to the top to make it large enough. My other issue was that the gift card I was trying to use wouldn’t work, they stated that version always had issues and were sorry?!?Will try this location again, because we like the ice cream and hopefully will have a better experience. Staff was friendly and apologetic.

The staff was super sweet! If you ask for any specific requests they can do it just be nice about it! The ice cream was super creamy and a lot! The staff worked as fast as they could and were super helpful!

I order a birthday cake, when I picked it up on the 27th of September, what I ended up with was a cupcake, that costed me $30, I had went over my order several times with the girl, my order was totally screwed up!! Needless to say, I wasn't impressed with this establishment, nor will I ever use this company again

We received really good service and the ice cream flavors are great. Super thick and creamy ice cream and a really good family treat. Wish there was a bit more options for outdoor seating though
Really nice place, the mint mint Chocolate Chocolate chip is really good. Nice and cool in the store service is great it's spacious they have options to dine in or to go.

There was serval people working but only a few were working on customers orders . We were a party of 5 and it took awhile for service . I order the Dough-lightful peanut butter in large cup . The worker only put in one small Reese's butter cup . I complained and she gave me one more . You would think the large would have a minimum of at least 3 and that's not very much . So my question is if she only wanted to give me one small Reese's peanut butter cup in a large then would she only give a half on a medium size cup and a quarter of one in a small cup ? I didn't realize sugar crystals is plain table sugar . I was very disappointed in the Yuba City location . I have been to others in other towns and the mix-ins were a lot more generous than at my home town location. The service was not very good either . I have had better service at other locations also . I guess I will not be visiting this location. I try to support local but in this case , I would rather visit out of town locations .
