The reason for only ok rating......I honestly feel like the sides have gone down In size. I understand the cost of inflation or cost of living going up but when that happens the sizes shouldn't also go down you're getting less for higher cost. The quality of the food was good. I thought the counter area where you order was a little small of an area for if a line forms. But the employees were friendly.
Honestly, as far as KFC's go this one is one of the best! I really don't understand the low star reviews. Overall, the consistency of the food is so good! Whoever fries the chicken does an amazing job. It's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Rarely have I ever had anything wrong with my orders.
