“We are visiting from out of town and had such a nice visit at the Rubi Slipper. The entire staff is super friendly. The hardest part was choosing what to get on their extensive menu and truthfully we ordered too much bc there were so many good options. The fried taco was so yummy and was a last min add when we saw them go to a nearby table. The relleno was crispy, cheesy heaven. The green chili is AMAZING! Truly some of the best I have had. Our sweet server helped us excellent recommendations. The table side salad was fun and delicious. Luckily we saved room for the cheesecake flight which was the perfect sweet treat. Big margs, big beers and football was on. This restaurant is such a gem!”

“Stopped in here on our way camping and the food and service were incredible. We ordered boneless wings, the chicken tender basket, and the carnitas nachos and each of us scraped our plates clean. “We stopped here on a road trip and ended getting an extra order To Go - yes, the green chile sauce is that good! Seeing tables of relaxed locals is always a good sign and this off-main-street spot delivers in the best way. Authentic flavors, well prepared and served in generous portions by friendly faces. The stuffed sopapilla was the rock star of our visit, but the asada tacos with homemade tortillas were a close second. Do NOT miss the salsa Verde!”

“This place was packed the two times we went through town on our vacation. Service station attendant recommended it. Food was good. Considering how busy they were, service was fast. Prices were reasonable.

“Just passing through and stumbled upon this gem when the restaurant we intended to dine at was closed. The stuffed baked potatoes were delicious! I had the brisket and my husband had the pork. We ordered a side of mac ‘n’ cheese as well but, honestly, the potatoes were more than enough. Definitely recommend trying their signature sauce, it’s amazing!”

“Finally stopped by to try this place out. Would recommend to anyone! My smoothie was delicious, they have an excellent variety of flavors. There’s something for everyone here. I’m gunna be back every morning from now on!! The food smelled incredible, I will be getting that green chili quesadilla next time. I woke up this morning with a nasty sinus headache. Chose the detox smoothie hoping for a little relief. Before I got halfway done with my drink, the headache actually did start to fade as my body started to rehydrate. I dont remember what all was in it, cucumber, carrot, ginger, apple and something else. I hope everyone will give this place a shot, we have a hidden gem right here in town and we need to keep this place open forever!! The staff members are very kind and patient.”

“Wow! I ate lunch there today. A chicken burrito smothered with green chile pork and red chile pork sauce. With a bit of sourcream and guacamole. I have lived in the SLV since 1978 and I have NEVER had such an amazing Mexican meal. The sauces were savory with subtle hits of spices. I would call them gourmet...probably more like what you get in Mexico. I am REALLY impressed! Service was excellent. I wish you well in your new business. You are a fabulous addition to this community. Bravo!”

“I go in once in awhile to this place, usually when I go in the cashier's are rude and not very friendly even the manager. the last 2 times I've gone there, there was an older lady at the drive thru she was nice I had my dog with me and she gave him a little treat. I went inside last week there was a girl her name was Lauryn, she was very nice and friendly. Arbys should give props to employees like these makes a customer's experience great and want to come back.”

“I arrived early - at 7am, but unlike similar establishments in the east, they were open. There was a great pizza for breakfast, everything was clean and beautiful, well done, five stars to you!”

“Reliable spice brand, best producers of Southwest staples and the only brand I can find that has blue corn atole (vs white/yellow). My grandma used to make me their atole for breakfast and I still eat it as a comfort food. This is not a place to visit, I buy their products through Kroger grocery stores.”

“I'm not big on sandwich places, but what I can say is. There fries are very good. Specifically their beer battered fries. Not too much potato flavor, but a good balance. I had a fish sandwich and it was a good quality fillet. Much better than McDonald's. About close to Wendy's Alaskan cod sandwich. Service....wasn't great, but I will keep in mind my seating choice was in the dance hall. Despite that an employee did see me and my date sit, but did nothing until I spoke with him over 20 minutes later. (Keep in mind where you seat. It's not necessarily their fault)

“While some may argue that a third Starbucks is excessive, the addition of one in City Market has proven quite convenient for me. Given my infrequent visits to the other two locations in town, having this option available has been a nice welcome. What sets this location apart is the great service provided by barista Delilah. She consistently exhibits a friendly demeanor, offers assistance with any inquiries, and often provides samples of various drinks and food items. On two occasions, I've discovered items I didn't even know existed thanks to her samplings. Moreover, this Starbucks is never overly crowded and is conveniently situated at the front of the store.One of the great aspects of Starbucks is their commitment to customer satisfaction. If you feel that the drink you've ordered isn't quite up to your expectations, they are typically very accommodating in remaking it to ensure your satisfaction. All you have to do is ask!”
