Got there the time they open (10:45) waited and waited for someone to open up and nothing…place still closed after waiting an hour long!!! So disappointed in wasting my time for nothing.

Ordered online and the order was missing when I arrived, no worries, it happens. The person working the register was super helpful, he looked up my order and got it remade for me.However the person in the back didn’t look too happy about remaking the order and I guess decided to take it out on our bowls. Definitely wasn’t using the portion scoops and barely put any of the right ingredients in them.

Of course this company had to inflate prices to gouge customer like everyone else since it's a trending thing to do and increase products by 34% when they were already too pricey to begin with and don't offer as much as other similar restaurants. Definitely won't be coming back to Chipotle. Looks like Qdoba wins more customers or anywhere else for that matter plus free queso is always better

This chipotle is the worst one I've ever been too. The rice was either under cooked or SUPER stale, it was like little rocks and the cilantro was almost black. The sour cream had bits of other food in it. The cheese was melting in the container on the line. The tortillas were super stale and tasted like cleaner. The chips were burnt. The only salvageable parts were the soda and the guac. Spent $40 on inedible food and corporates response was "here's a free entre". Don't go here.
