Front of house needs an attitude adjustment. They messed up our pick up order (which was pretty expensive) and then hung up on my wife when trying to either get the correct order or issue a refund. Food is decent… I wish we got what we ordered. My son really wishes he had that hot dog but why would they care??

So this was my first door dash experience and it was not a good one. I ordered a Swiss and mushroom burger and an Oreo shake. The order got her quickly. But .. the milkshake was like just sweet milk with Oreo in it. There was no shake to it. It was so disgusting I threw it away.There was no way to customize my burger. I did it want onions but there was not a place to ask for that.So I got this $29 burger that wasn’t even the way I wanted it. Will not do this again

Fast casual burger joint. Everything on the menu is a la carte, so you pick your burger and can order any additional sides you wish. Burgers have the option for various different buns, even gluten free. The Kingpin Birria has a great flavor profile with the adobo braised beef in addition to the beef patty. It also comes with dipping sauce on the side. I think all the burgers on the menu looked really good. There's also a variety of sides to choose from as well. I wasn't a fan of the margarita. For happy hour, the large margarita was $2 off and it came in a huge mason jar. However, I got what I paid for, which was essentially lime flavored water with a splash of tequila. I definitely wouldn't get the margarita here again, but the burger and fries are great!

I placed an order online, they took my order and charged my card but when I arrived to pick it up, they indicated that there system was down and could not fill my order. I have tried several times to call them to recevie a credit but they do not answer the phone. will have to dispute the charge with my credit card
Had ordered takeout and came home to find that we were served moldy buns. I called immediately and they said they would offer a refund. They did not refund me. I will not be eating here again.

I have an idea, push the big order down the line a bit and serve a single customer rather than losing their business. Won't be back.
