This is my wife and I’d favorite sushi spot in the Denver area. We are originally from Minnesota and this place was our weekly spot on Friday nights to unwind from the week. Highly recommend the sweet potato roll!!
Been a few times. Great quality, quick service. Doordash accidentally messed up an an order with an allergy and Sushi Aji fixed it quickly and without issue. Will continue coming back!
