Edit 2023:Often have had great service and my sandwich and fries have been great. In the past few years it has kind of been slipping in service and quality. The resturant interior itself has seen better days. Would recommend the pepper cheese steak with cheese whiz if you go.

Happy to find South Philly Cheese Steaks here in Arvada. Stopped in for lunch. Wonderful greeting with a friendly cashier. First time here and very helpful tips on what to try for the first time. ✨Vegetarian options: Veggies if want. Variety in the menu. Great having an awesome selection to choose from, it's nice having variety.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for family dining. ?Parking: Lots of parking space. Yes indeed. Great little spot to eat. ?Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room. ?

The lady that took my order was listed on the receipt as "a ma"She was super rude and defiently doesn't need to be working in customer service I was enthusiastic about coming in to this shop for the first time and ill never be back. Onion rings undercooked fries came with no salt and I was looked at like I was d*** for asking why there was no salt on the fries and why I wasn't asked if I wanted salt on them since they don't come with it. Litterally abysmal service. The cook did a decent job on the sandwhich the rude lady forgot the bacon but there was a good amount of meat in the sandwich for 16 bucks at the very least

Someone found a razor in one of the sandwiches, not sure if any legal action has been taken but that's crazy and no one should ever eat here again...what kind of people do you employ at this place? That's insane

I am not sure what happened to this place. The food used to be good, clearly someone is not putting in the effort anymore. Save yourself the trip and find another establishment. The fries were absolutely terrible, stale and cold. The cheese steak was mediocre at best.
Let's just say the Philly cheesesteak has no flavor and bland. 3/10 and their fries not good smh

So bad. Just so bad. Meatballs in the sub were black they were so burnt. The Philly was ice cold and could make someone sick. One hour wait time. Then they can’t even refund money because they have to call people. I waited an hour for inedible food then couldn’t get my money back to go get food that was edible. Unacceptable.

The food here is good, but this place has just continually gone downhill since I moved back to the area six months ago. Dirty. Slow. So slow. Tired of unfriendly places (day time). The order has been wrong so many times. What does new tech offer if it takes 1/2 hour for a cheesesteak? Ownership and management is absolutely to blame. Never leadership here at night. Never. Just teens. Greedy owner I guess or lazy management. Nice kids no doubt, they work hard, but they have zero comprehension of service and priorities. 40 min for one sandwich. Just close up more than Wednesdays and staff better the other nights because your reputation is going to sink you anyway. Start a business then not care about it or how it’s ran because your cheap even though your prices are outside the competitive range. Hire better. Train way better. Care way more. Remember the community that made you.

Bad. Very bad. $40 for 2 sandwiches, 2 small(!!!!) fries, and 2 20oz (!!!!) drinks. The sandwiches were mediocre at best, best part was the dang bread. Minimal seasoning, dry meat, crumbly bread, just all around disappointing. The fries? Limp, cold, unseasoned, again disappointing. The soda was the best part, and I hate Pepsi products! That's just the food. The storefront itself was frankly gross. Destroyed flooring, a kiosk you had to order your stuff from with most of the options differing from the physical menu, and the front door is a piece of plywood with a 2x4 to act as the handle. Please, for the love of God, if you want to spend 40 bucks for 2 people to eat, go elsewhere where the price is justified!

The worst cheesesteak I've ever had. Took 2 bites and threw it away, meat tasted old and was fatty, hardly any onions/peppers/mushrooms. Fries were gross. Only reason 2 stars is bc they had Hanks black cherry soda. Go to Dominos next door....you'll get better food.
I ordered a sandwich without meat and it was exactly what I hoped for. I know its weird but it is good!
