No hate at all to the lonely woman running the store BY HERSELF ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. The stress must be real. This location has some problems, chief of which is staffing. Or… lack of. Every time I’ve been in this place, there is exactly ONE person working, handing both in-store and online orders. I can tell she’s so far behind, and she really needs help. So, what exactly is happening at this store? I don’t know what the issue is, but it needs to be fixed asap. And for god’s sake, hire some extra staff. You can’t have one employee covering the whole store all the time, that’s crazy.

Multiple issues- in line to get my sandwich which the manager skips another person infront of me on the toaster. Not following process creating a backlog of people needed to tell the veggie person which sandwhich is theirs. The cashier and the Veggie station employee are both talking about having been sick and food poisoning day before as I’m paying for my food. My stomach turned when I heard that as the store wasnt exactly the cleanest and they were not wearing gloves when handling food. 15 hours later I am home with food poisoning

After reading some reviews. Seems like tnis store has a ptoblem with Angel. Well it was verifked today. She is the most rude person i have ever come across she is clearly not happy with her job or maybe its just to people of color but she is driving this busisness down i will never return nor will muy employees who work in the same shopping center as this subway

Ate here about 2 weeks ago, the lady working that night was great, took pride in what she was doing. So went back tonight, what a nightmare. 2 young men were "working" and some young female just walking around in the back. The kid making the sandwiches, ordered 3 6" subs acted like it was a hassle I was in there. There was some kind of cup sitting on the area where they make the sandwiches, he hit it with his arm to the point it flew into the wall behind him and then landed in the sink along that wall. Great impression and professionalism there!! His parents must be very proud. It is obvious the owner has not been in there to see how his employees are as the face of his establishment. The sandwiches were made sloppy, no pride in what they were doing. I get it, it is a fast food joint and they are young kids, so where is the owner checking on the service his restaurant is giving? Looking at the reviews, this happens often. If I ever go back to Subway, I will find a different one to go to. Have NEVER had that kind of service, or lack there of, at Firehouse subs or Jersey Mike's. Save yourself dealing with this type of service, find another sub shop to go to.

An ounce of kindness goes a long way….There is a worker named Angel who screams at you as soon as you walk in “what do you want!!!!!!!!!????” and then will shout huh five times while you are still talking and it’s clearly obvious that she can hear you but is distracted with other things. I get that this might not be the most ideal job but screaming at customers and rolling your eyes at them is not the way to go about it…..There’s another worker whose brunette who is very kind but angel who is there most of the time is very very very rude no matter how nice you are to her.No matter how many customers there may be in there she will treat you like you are bothering her when all you want is a simple sandwich. I tried to use my app and she screamed at me “I don’t know what that is or what you are doing !”, I was only trying to use my rewards. She told me there isn’t anything called rewards and that doesn’t mean that I don’t have to pay. I never said I would not pay for my sandwich. I was just taking a moment to get my card out. I just said okay and walked away. I feel sorry for her honestly but baby girl this ain’t the right place for you. If you want to yell and scream at customers or act like you don’t know how to be a nice human being …then customer service is not the gig for you. She also treated the Hispanic customers very rudely and kept asking them to repeat themselves when they were speaking perfect English. :/I also saw her huge white board writing out nasty things for the other employees to see. It ain’t cute.

Wow, I sat down to eat my sandwich just in time to watch one employee have a total meltdown on another! She starts screaming at the other employee about how she's supposed to be babysitting or something and how much she hates somebody else and then storms off into the back room. It reminded me of a toddler not getting their way and throwing a tantrum about it. I wouldn't want her babysitting my children. Her boss needs to put her in timeout. Lol

Angel was talking very loudly about how she didn't like a coworker, and the person who replaced them "understood her". she was also rude when I tried to order my sandwich, asking in a rushed voice how I would like my sandwich. there were 3 customers in line, and one had already been checked out. the nice older lady (didn't see her name well enough to read it) was an absolute sweetheart! yet, this was just a bad experience over all.

This Subway is decent. My order has always been correct and the food has tasted good and fresh. The last few times I've been here, the employees have been friendly, accommodating, and fast. My only issue is that the employees appeared a bit unclean. That is a strong negative for me since I've worked in the food industry for over 20 years. That is one of the first things I look at when I'm in a restaurant. They have worn gloves, but I could still see that their nails were black and dirty. That makes me question how many times they have washed their hands (if at all). Wearing gloves isn't enough because you are still putting on those gloves with dirty hands. Are you wearing those gloves in the back to prep food or just up front for show? Also, I understand that teen employees will have skin issues, but that isn't appealing to see flakey skin on the verge of falling off into my food. Maybe just have them be the cashier?

This is the 2nd time I've tried to eat at subway while working a 13 hour shift next door, only to find a sign on the door saying "we will be locking the doors at 7:45 tonight". Which would be FINE, except today I tried at 3:58 pm, and the part time at 5:30 pm, and BOTH TIMES, it was just closed.

This is not double meat or double cheese. And I had to stand there for ten mins until one of the kids playing around in back came upfront! I ordered online and then waited! What a JOKE

I was in this Subway 11/1 at approximately 5:20p. 3 people were working and not 1 acknowledged me. Finally a kid looked up and said you ready, I replied yes. 1) He didn’t change his gloves before making my sandwich. Long story short, I had to tell the kid 3 times that I wanted steak and cheese, and he still asked me what meat? His trainer told him again and I said I don’t want it toasted. He put the steak on top of the cheese and I asked his trainer if I could have it warmed up. She said yes he’s going to toast it. I said, I don’t want it toasted. The trainer got mad and told me, if I knew how it goes it would be nice to say something. Meanwhile, she’s putting the cheese on the surface, number 2. I stopped her and said never mind, he didn’t change his gloves and now you’re putting the cheese on the surface. As I was walking out she continued to run her mouth and I told her to stop talking. She invited me to leave a review, so here I am. I don’t like Subway enough to put up with that, “making it my fault” that the kid didn’t pay attention to my request. I can’t imagine that the girl training him was a manager cause I don’t think a manager would talk to a customer like that. And if I’m wrong, shame on them
