The fish and chips is always crisped to perfection, and the sausage rolls and meat pies are nostalgic and tasty ? the staff is AMAZING and so friendly. They do have a small parking lot, but there is some street parking (that can fill up!)”

Hands down the best I've EVER had in my life and I'm not joking!! (same goes for the location in LaFayette). These guys know what they are doing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! You won't regret it! Cocktails (Mojito, Dama Maria and Margaritas) are amazing too, and also the appetizers (Guacamole and Queso Fondido) are to die for! And I heard amazing things about the Fingerling Potatoes which I'll try them tonight! We are here basically once a week! ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!”

People like him that are dismissive of another persons right to service based on financial class will come back as a snake...”

A bit crowded on weekends and can be quite loud making it difficult for conversation should you be seated in the center of the restaurant. Food was ample and seasoned well. Staff was a little stretched the night we dined. Recommend breakfast and lunch but elsewhere should you want dinner conversation. Not the restaurants fault, acoustics of the building. O real a good place to eat in the hood or should you live nearby.”
“Sushi neko is a great all-you-can-eat restaurant. It’s our favorite sushi spot in Arvada! The rolls are large and their appetizers are delicious.We tried to go on a Wednesday when they were closed and ended up going to another sushi spot where we got less sushi for more money; and it wasn’t as good either. We love Neko!Plus, the cat themed atmosphere is very fun!”

“We had an amazing experience at Stone Cellar last evening. Everything was excellent with perhaps the only exception being the restaurant's attention to dietary restrictions. We had tried SCB a while back and with our gluten intolerance we struggled to make the menu work for us. Unfortunately, that hasn't changed much. We had the same challenges last evening.To be fair, the chef did his/her best to accommdate us by adjusting the entrees to suit but that unfortunately took away some key components that left the dishes that we ordered, lacking. It didn't work for either of us.Our experience is that most restaurants are now well advanced with their ability to offer dishes that are either dedicated to certain dietary restrictions or can be modified to keep the integrity/design of the dish.Oh, by the way, the gluten free buns were really good! That helped make up for the dishes that didn't quite work. We'd love to know where those were sourced.Having said that, the Bib Lettuce salad was incredible and the service (Christian) and atmosphere were absolutely perfect.We're hoping SCB can advance their ability to better accommodate dietary restrictions as we truly want to love this place since it is one of the best restaurants in Olde Towne Arvada.Dietary restrictions: See our general comments.”
“We celebrated Valentine’s Day at the clubhouse and it was a wonderful experience! They had a special menu for the occasion and the food and drinks were delicious! The service was superb and the presentation of our meals was beyond our expectations! We’re already looking forward to the next holiday to celebrate at the clubhouse!”
“One other person and I did a tour of the facility and a tasting of several different whiskeys. Our host was incredibly knowledgeable and made things really interesting. I've done half a dozen distillery tours in the past, and this one was the most genuine; it wasn't commercial or fake feeling. With CoVid, finding a restaurant with outdoor seating and spacious table separation is difficult. They have 2 outdoor patios and indoor seating is adjusted for our safety.”

“Take-out is always great here! Fresh and ready when I come to pick it up. The staff is friendly and polite and the ramen is just delicious. Even my picky kids like it! The tonkatsu broth is creamy but flavorful and the yakisoba is yummy too! I've never eaten inside but the atmosphere is calming and pretty quiet each time I've been in to pick up our order.”
“We are regulars. Food has been good until this time. Last week we went in around 4pm, no other customers. We ordered the grilled chicken rice plate as usual. The rice was dry. Feels like sitting on the counter without covered for 20 mins. The chef gave us a bowl of broth that we didn't order and we never were served broth with the chicken rice plate. It seems he KNEW the rice was dry and wont taste good so he offer the broth for us to make it rice soup? It was disappointing because we went there once a month and he knew us but...that might be the last time to eat there.”

Their specialty taco - fried avocado - was mouth watering. I also had a Baja fish taco and couldn’t help but sneak in a carnitas taco, too. Super cool vibe and friendly staff; I’ll definitely be back again!”

I didn't get to explore the whole brewery, because apparently there's a backyard. Need to try their daily specials next time!”

They salvaged my Mother's Day dinner with my kids and husband after we waited over an hour at Ali Baba's without them even putting our food order in. Needless to say we were starving by the time we got here at 7:30, but they were super fast and the food was absolutely delicious! The chicken shawarma was the best I've had in a very long time too! “Make no mistake, this is a dive bar. It has zero pretension. Beer selections are limited and skew towards the macro. The liquor is less than top shelf. However, I absolutely love coming here late on a Friday or Saturday night to take advantage of karaoke. The service is good. The singing quality varies dramatically based on inherent talent, song selection, and individual/group sobriety. The drinks are affordable. And the crowd, which is oh so eclectic, and can change from visit to visit, is generally supportive and easy to get along with.”

“We went through the drive-thru. We got all of the onigiri, and they were the best we’ve had in Denver, including from grocery stores and pop-ups. Well-seasoned with warm + sticky rice. It’s great there is a vegetarian option as well, and it’s the best umeboshi I’ve had here!They also have bowls (some with bland steamed veggies), sushi, ramen, etc.The main problem is we live near Denver downtown so it’s not close enough grrr lol.Vegetarian options: There is one umeboshi onigiri, tofu appetizer, edamame, a sad-looking veggie bowl, sobaghetti, udon, 2 veg sushi, tempura, and a few desserts.Parking: There is also a drive-thru.”

I had a chicken taco, carnitas taco and quad and chips. Let me start with the carnitas taco. oh my gosh, it was large, tender and beautifully seasoned pieces of carnitas and loads of it too. The corn tortillas had to be homemade. The Chicken taco was the same with lettuce and cheese on a warm homemade flour tortilla. It was also loaded down with large tender bites of chicken.The chips, guacamole and cheese were delicious and again and again, I couldn’t believe how generous the serving was with loads of guacamole.Lastly, I would buy their red and green sauce if they sold it in a bottle. Of course, they were generous with how many plastic containers of sauce they provided with my order. The gal I spoke with on the phone was absolutely adorable. “Was torn on the fence for this review - if I could would probably give this place closer to a 3.5 stars but it was a solid meal! I have the Denver Eat & Drink pass and this had a Bogo entree deal. I got the bistro burger (Gouda cheese, applewood smoked bacon, grilled onions, arugula & chipotle avocado crema) and my husband got the Kim's honey chicken (Our Buttermilk fried chicken breast with a spiced honey sauce, pickles and our house jalapeño ranch). The chicken sandwich was by far better - the chicken and seasoning was super flavorful. The burger was just alright for being a "burger bar" - bacon was in flavorful and overall burger lacked salt/flavor in our opinion. The side of sweet potato fries we got were cooked very well although the Frenchies brand of ketchup they carry was much too sweet. In terms of beverages, they had some really good deals. We went on a Monday and after I ordered the pint, I missed they have $3 pints of amber ales on Mondays. We had just come from Denver Beer Co in Old Town, and shockingly the DBC beers were cheaper here than at the brewery! Overall atmosphere was what you'd expect from a chainy restaurant which totally works - bathrooms were clean and our server was super attentive and nice.”

I thank Big John (our server) for such an amazing time. He served us with a great attitude and was always there if we needed anything. If you like spicy salsa, I highly recommend their Spiciest Salsa because it has a real kick to it. I needed two portions of it. If you are visiting Old Town Arvada, I would definitely make a stop here since it's so accessible to walk to.Parking: Parking lot infront of the restaurant fills up quickly. 2 hr street parking up and down the street though.”

We liked the previous owners; Gary & Barbara and the new owner(John Yunhee) is just as nice. The food is excellent and if there are any issues with the food, they will gladly replace the food item. The staff is friendly and prompt in taking one's order and delivering your meal in a timely manner (sometimes there may be a wait because the restaurant gets crowded, especially on Sundays.Carolina, the gal that brings you your drinks, is always friendly and happy to serve you. The other wait staff: Joli, Simone, Anna, Lee and Alexa are great too. This location is clean, well kept, and great for family and friend parties. Service was friendly, food was well seasoned and cooked from experienced chefs. Had to get a separate take-out order because I forgot to take my pictures at the table! Oops on my part. “I frequent this place quite often. It is conveniently located right off of the highway and easy to get to. It is also in the same parking lot as a lot of other popular stores, which is great because then you can get a lot of shopping done all at once. I love that they have their own gas station as well! As of yesterday, regular unleaded fuel was down to $2.39 a gallon. Most of the other places in the Arvada/Golden area are $2.79-$2.99 a gallon. When you walk inside, an attendant greets you and offers you a cart. Just like Costco, you show them your membership card before you can get in. They have a vision center, a tire center, a jewelry section, and a pharmacy. They have a large variety of offerings and I can almost always find exactly what I am looking for. Their prices are lower than Costco for the same items, which is really nice. The store is organized and clean as well. They do not have as many items as Costco, but I have always been satisfied with what they do offer. I also have a Costco card just because I do like the option of shopping at both places though. They make some really beautiful desserts at a great price and have lots of fresh pre-made meals you can just heat up for a convenient dinner. Sam's Club is turning into more of a self-checkout type of place which is disappointing. They always have more self-checkout lanes and maybe 1 or 2 cashier lanes open. Unless you grab an empty box along your shopping trip or bring your own large bags, all of your purchased items will go directly back in your cart. I do like how Costco at least will box your items up at checkout so you can easily put them in your vehicle. When I shop here it is never overly busy, which I like since it makes it quick to get in and out of there. Overall, I like shopping here and saving money by purchasing in bulk.”

I had a chicken taco, carnitas taco and quad and chips. Let me start with the carnitas taco. oh my gosh, it was large, tender and beautifully seasoned pieces of carnitas and loads of it too. The corn tortillas had to be homemade. The Chicken taco was the same with lettuce and cheese on a warm homemade flour tortilla. It was also loaded down with large tender bites of chicken.The chips, guacamole and cheese were delicious and again and again, I couldn’t believe how generous the serving was with loads of guacamole.Lastly, I would buy their red and green sauce if they sold it in a bottle. Of course, they were generous with how many plastic containers of sauce they provided with my order. The gal I spoke with on the phone was absolutely adorable. “A favorite for our whole family. We have used Breadwinners Catering for years and when cafe opened it became the perfect spot for business lunches, family brunch and now dinner. With CoVid, finding a restaurant with outdoor seating and spacious table separation is difficult. They have 2 outdoor patios and indoor seating is adjusted for our safety.”

We had tried SCB a while back and with our gluten intolerance we struggled to make the menu work for us. Unfortunately, that hasn't changed much. We had the same challenges last evening.To be fair, the chef did his/her best to accommdate us by adjusting the entrees to suit but that unfortunately took away some key components that left the dishes that we ordered, lacking. It didn't work for either of us.Our experience is that most restaurants are now well advanced with their ability to offer dishes that are either dedicated to certain dietary restrictions or can be modified to keep the integrity/design of the dish.Oh, by the way, the gluten free buns were really good! That helped make up for the dishes that didn't quite work.
