We were here 2 years ago. Loved came back fist night in town. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. Starting with the serves messing up our water cup. We had one bottle of still and one sparkling. Sunday someone comes and fills our cups with tap water. Didn’t ask a thing. A few minutes later, sparkling in a cup of still. I told them to stop pouring water for us. Was upsetting. And then the steaks come, both of my daughters ordered filet mignon, medium well when they came the amount of black pepper on the steaks I’ve never seen anything like it. Sorry to say that I will most likely not come back.

Pricey and ordinary!Food took around 1 hour to come and it was cold when it arrived. Steak flavor was nothing more than ordinary; for the price paid it should be outstanding, but it was not! Staff is very rude and slow. I definitely do not recommend it! Aspen has sooooo many other options not so pricey, delicious food and kind staff.

The steaks were so good! Bananas Foster for dessert was a fun experience. We had to wait awhile to be seated, despite having a reservation, but service at the table was attentive and good.
The service at our dinner completed ruined my birthday celebration. My party of 6 waited 45 minutes after our reservation standing at the front of the restaurant for our table to be ready, the waiter repeatedly ignored my fiancé's requests, forgot to take away any of our menus for the entire dinner and forgot to bring out a dessert with a candle on it for my birthday. Laughably horrible experience and would not recommend dining here much less celebrating a special occasion. Food was great but didn't like waiting over 2 hours for it. 0/10 for the service. AVOID
Outstanding. The food was so delicious! The service was excellent! I am definitely going back. I highly recommend. It's one of the best restaurants in Aspen! Go, you will love it!
The food was excellent, from oysters to sushi rolls to waffle fries to wagyu steaks cooked perfectly… this restaurant was a treat. We were worried about the lower reviews but they seemed to be about delayed seatings. Our table was ready on time and our server was so professional and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Packed house at Catch Aspen. Service and food were very good. Crude and oysters excellent. 8 oz Filet was prepared to order and very tasty. Branzino also enjoyed. Wine list absurdly priced. Better off with cocktails. Fun night and would return.
I think is my favorite , the ambience , the staff , the lighting, the food, is fenomenal, you just need holder bags , ( women's purse ) next to the table like something cute and little looks super fancy and no one has that . I love catch Aspen

This is my girlfriend's favorite filet. We brought 2 friends who devoured theirs as well. I am a vegetarian and I appreciate how much more thought Catch puts into their vegetarian options than most steak houses.
