Excellent choice in Aspen! Have visited Aspen many times and Jing is my go-to favorite for Asian cuisine. The Shanghai Dumplings, French Onion Soup Dumplings, Lucky 8 Dumpling platter are superb and amount the very best I have tasted worldwide. All of the help was amazing and friendly and very knowledgeable about any questions we had, we loved that the owner, CHEF, came around and spoke to us. The food was so so amazing, especially when we had a horrible meal the night before at Aqualina .
