We have been there many times. The owner is always there overseeing and that's why it is so well run and organized. The food is interesting and beautifully plated, delicious and consistent. We always leave looking forward to the next time. Our favorite restaurant in Aspen!

Aspen has had some great Italian restaurants over the years. Unfortunately many of them are no longer here. However, Ellina is here. I had a wonderful dinner with a bright, knowledgeable server. I'll be back!

Bottom line, outstanding! Booked reservation for my wife and I. Her birthday. Wondered if we could get an intimate table. We were seated in a perfect location, a special touch of the owner, Jill. By the way, Jill is an amazing sommelier as well as a totally hands-on manager. Her wine recommendation was outstanding, and she greeted us personally as we wanted to meet her and thank her for the special touch. Service was excellent and the food absolutely delicious: Calamari, Bruschetta, spaghetti marinara, ahi tuna poke bowl, and sea bass. All amazingly tasty. No room for dessert. One of our best overall dining experience.

One of the best bars in Aspen! Great local ambiance with a top shel bartender. You can't order wrong on the menu, everything is delicious. But their signature Bruschetta is an absolute must.

Both loud and hot as hell. Couldn't hear the conversation at our table due to hard ceilings bouncing noise everywhere coupled with loud music. Food decent. Service slow.

We had a memorable dinner at Ellina which really offers a great Italian fine dining experience in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere! Their wine list is impressive and we had a fantastic Barrolo from 2016 which is a great vintage! Service was on the slow side but hey it was President's Day long weekend in Aspen! Service was attentive and dedicated! They even rushed some special order for my son who was "low" with his T1D. So, that was very much appreciated. This is a favorite of my dear friend Ken, so needless to say to say this restaurant is known by locals for its great food and wine.

Another fantastic meal at Ellina. The service was attentive, but not pushy, and the food was as good as we've ever had it there. Jill and her staff deliver a consistent, beautiful product every time. This is a must-visit while in Aspen.

Always a pleasure to dine at Ellina. Tremendous food and caring service. We come for the standbys, but this week had the pleasure to enjoy a Zuppa de Pesce special. It was out of this world. Better than those places famous for it. Enjoy dinner at Ellina!

The pasta was perfect and delicius! But I order a fish in the menu (sea bass) and was dry, cold and the sauce doesn't match. Didn't like at all. All the rest was delicius

The service started out a little spotty, but overall a very pleasant experience and surprisingly valuable for aspen! I enjoyed everything I ate and the bottle of wine we ordered was delicious!
