This is the only coffee shop where they will charge you 15% service fee as far as I know. Ironically, there is no service offered as you wait for your order to be made, then take them to where you want to sit by yourself.Latte was not memorable.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Aspen. I meet clients and friends here regularly and it’s usually really busy. It can be a bit touristy sometimes since it’s attached to the Jerome, however, it makes for good people watching. It’s definitely one of the more expensive coffee shops in town, but they make a great coffee and matcha and their food is really good too. The s’mores latte is gimmicky, probably not worth it but a fun instagrammable experience one time.

I love coffee and this place is very nice looking. I’m not one for critiquing the beans themselves because I understand the flavor profiles people like vary, but I ordered a cortado and wasn’t a huge fan. Texture was off and latte art was weak. Service was nothing spectacular but was not awful. Fairly unengaged is all. The place itself looks very clean and inviting. Very comfortable. I would try it again, but I’d probably order a latte or something more forgiving than a straight espresso or cortado.

insanely expensive for barely any amount of mid level tasting coffee. not worth the price, the employees were very condescending and off putting.

Ambiance was amazing and avocado toast was delicious! Very pricey but to be expected in Aspen. Coffee was not my favorite but would still recommend checking this place out.

This place feels like a different space and time! The interior and atmosphere are gorgeous, and there are very cute dogs to say hi to. The only negative thing I have to say about decor is the pink stools show some stains. I do think they are hard to clean. The coffee however fell very short. Latte took 10 min to come out. When I lifted the cup, I immediately noticed how light it was in weight. The foam was large and uneven, instead of fine and firm. I had to leave to catch the bus, but pretty soon after, the latte was diminished to about 2/3 after the foam went away. This could have been a one-time mistake, but both of our $7 lattes were like this. You could go all out with the decor but if the coffee is not good, I'll pass.

Wow this place is pretty! What a beautiful spot to enjoy your coffee. To me, this place is well suited for Aspen's elevated style. How could it be anything but ornate when attached to the elegant Hotel Jerome? As others have said, it is pricey, but that shouldn't come as a shock considering where you are and what you are getting. Is this the place for a quick, cheap grab and go coffee fix? No. This place is intended to provide an experience, and for me, it did that. And of course, the coffee and the barista were both great!

A very cozy and eclectic coffee shop with good coffee and a delicious avocado toast. Great place for coffee or breakfast with a friend!

Listen, there is nothing not to like about this coffee spot! First of all, it's in the resplendent Jerome Hotel. Secondly, the decor and design are so beautiful that I think this might be the prettiest place I've ever enjoyed an espresso! The aqua and gold paper bags are so pretty that I saved one as a souvenir. The coffee was wonderful, and the staff friendly. You can't go wrong here. You just can't.

The place is pretty and mirroring the NYC location but the coffee is bad and overpriced. They only have oat milk and a house made nut milk as dairy alternatives. No point in visiting or spending money here.
