Breakfast burritos were better portioned and priced when they were in RC2 building. Now it's $5 for a small, poorly portioned burrito.

While working on Anschutz Medical Campus, I've ordered a vegetarian bowl from Etai's on multiple occasions. I get the same thing every time, however have been charged multiple different prices. It seems like it changes based off of who's working at the front, and they have no real uniform structure to pricing. I've paid $12 on one occasion, $16 on another occasion, and even up to $21 which left me blown away as I wasn't getting any meats or extras. The food isn't bad, but $21 for a couple of veggies is a little too much, even by AMC standards.

I have been a loyal customer at Green House by Etai for the past three years, but my recent experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The consistently exorbitant prices have become a significant point of contention, and the lack of any noticeable improvement or variety in the menu over the years is disappointing. What used to be a go-to spot for a decent salad has transformed into a blatant rip-off. Today, I ordered my usual salad, only to be shocked when the cashier informed me that it would cost me a staggering $21.84. For a salad! The absurdity of such a price tag for a basic dish is beyond comprehension. Moreover, the staff's attitude towards customers is abysmal. Rather than providing a welcoming and friendly environment, the employees treat you as if you're a burden or, worse yet, someone begging for food. A simple request for an extra side, while omitting another, resulted in an additional charge. It seems like the staff is more interested in nickel-and-diming customers than ensuring a positive dining experience. To make matters worse, the policy on substitutions is unclear and inconsistent. Asking for one side extra, while skipping another, is apparently not considered a valid substitution and results in an extra charge. This lack of flexibility and understanding only adds to the frustration of an already overpriced meal.

Etai's green house on campus is awesome. They have great breakfast burritos and great salads. They are a bit expensive, but that's because food costs have gone up. They have really good quality food, though.

This is a build your own meal restaurant. All the ingredients appeared fresh. I stopped in for breakfast and had the smothered burrito.I built mine with steak. The steak was very tender. They put a good amount of green chili inside and on top. This is important to me because I do not like dry burritos.I ate outside on the patio which was shaded and a nice place to enjoy a meal. I stopped at about 8 am and they were serving meals quickly but everyone was taking their meals to goThe customer after me ordered his burrito with jalapenos. As I ate mine, I could see why he asked for a little heat. The burrito tasted good but no flavor really stood out. The texture was perfect, the fresh tortilla, the eggs looked fresh but were dark so I am assuming they are cooked with some spices, a generous helping of steak was added and very tender but there was just no flavor.I found myself wishing that I had hot sauce to add to the meal.I would go back because the service was quick and the staff was very friendly place was very clean. Portion sizes were large and prices were just right. Next time I would just spice it up some and ask for some of my own ingredients, not just what was listed on the menu.Vegetarian options: You can build your own so yes you can eat Vegetarian. They have items listed on their menu to make it easy or you can build your own.Wheelchair accessibility: One floor at ground level, I did not visit the restrooms. Indoor seating is all tall top tables but outside tables would work well for a wheelchair.

I used to love it here. The last two times there was a lot less food. And the kale was turning. :( sad given the cost.
Nutritious and delicious! A bit expensive, but worth every penny.

I absolutely love this little hidden gem on the UC Health Anschutz Campus in Aurora! It is tucked away on the road behind the main hospital. They make the most amazing bowls filled with delicious, fresh, healthy and nutritious foods. Their tofu protein option is actually baked ahead of time and sliced perfectly for the bowls. My hands-down favorite is the Green Goddess. Their hours are limited because of the fluctuations of the hospital and the campus, but if you are ever near or at the hospital, or even nearby in Aurora, it is worth a stop!

I was super excited to try Etai's after having just moved to the Central Park neighborhood. Unfortunately, I was super let down by our pickup order. I ended up with the green tamale bowl because they were out of the red tamale bowl. It lacked flavor, texture, and spice. Additionally, the tamale was soggy with practically zero filling. My partner ordered the breakfast burrito and was equally disappointed with his breakfast. I am definitely willing to try this place again but would stay away from the tamale and the burrito.
