Food is usually very good, last time not so much. Burgers and fries were cold. Also, didn't receive as many fries as normal. New staff probably needs additional training.

I've reviewed other Five Guys before. It's one of my fave burger places. It's fresh and delicious and made to order. And those fries! Gobs of fries. I love it. I dinged this store on service because when I asked if there was a teacher or senior discount, the server seemed to scoff when he told me, "We don't give any discounts." I'm willing to chalk it up to high powered adrenaline during the dinner rush, but it still chafed. Maybe with the turnover in this industry I won't face this cashier again.

Ok2 burgers 2 sodas and 2 regular fries.$44.34Around 7 minutes wait time to get the order taken. No costumers infront.Order out fast dough.Everything in a paper bag even for dine in items, saw the kitchen helper dumping the fries in, I think is the styleGood flavor, yes. or I was srarving.Good flavor.I got the all the way veggies with includes mushrooms. That is a plus and is included in the price.For the price, better service will be expected but the waiting time after paying made the difference [fast].Not sure about the rating. I would stay in the middle but I will go up to 4, this place could be 5 starts easily, there is room for improvement.Advice: They could Not leave costumers unattended specially when their order is about to be taken and then cashier leaves the terminal, Same as in a McDonald's but way more expensive.
