So, it has been years since I have been to a 5 Guys. I was shocked at the $21 price tag for a hamburger, small fry and a drink. The food was really good, but not $21 good…The communication between the team members was really cool. I’m not used to seeing that. The one woman with the 5 Guys team, I’m thinking the shift lead or team lead, took her job far too seriously though. I LOVE 5 Guys burgers! I love how they are so juicy you have to eat them carefully so you aren't wearing them all day! I mean I get 5 Guys gift cards from friends and family! But, my last visit was of concern - the burger seemed dry and crumbly - I hope 5 Guys hasn't become the newest proponent of "shirk-flation"

Glad to have a Five Guys close to me. Good location but parking lot can get pretty busy as it's not very large. Staff has great customer service. Friendly and quick to help out. Place is super clean which is super important in any food business. Even the tables get wiped down pretty quickly. The soda machines were broken during my visit so that's a downside.
