So, it has been years since I have been to a 5 Guys. I was shocked at the $21 price tag for a hamburger, small fry and a drink. The food was really good, but not $21 good…The communication between the team members was really cool. I’m not used to seeing that. The one woman with the 5 Guys team, I’m thinking the shift lead or team lead, took her job far too seriously though. She was projecting her voice multiple decibels louder than the communication of the team. She even shot glances over to the customers while she was yelling and we were all looking at her. She was absolutely power tripping. Made me appreciate working in the IT field where we don’t have managers like that.I would get food from here on another visit, but will never ever dine in again.

I LOVE 5 Guys burgers! I love how they are so juicy you have to eat them carefully so you aren't wearing them all day! I mean I get 5 Guys gift cards from friends and family! But, my last visit was of concern - the burger seemed dry and crumbly - I hope 5 Guys hasn't become the newest proponent of "shirk-flation"

Five Guys used to be worth the hefty price tag. The fries and cheeseburger were basic at best and it reiterated to me why I don’t eat five guys but once every few years. It was not impressive, just completely over priced.

Glad to have a Five Guys close to me. Good location but parking lot can get pretty busy as it's not very large. Staff has great customer service. Friendly and quick to help out. Place is super clean which is super important in any food business. Even the tables get wiped down pretty quickly. The soda machines were broken during my visit so that's a downside. Food is great, but the quality doesn't justify the price tbh. It's super pricey. I'd still come back but not as often due to the price.

1st time going here. OMGOODNESS I was planning on using my $10 gift card to get a combo meal. Not happening here to my surprise the burgers cost more than that no combos here. Ended up spending $20 just for double cheese and small fries only. Burger was delicious but costly.

What is the big deal about places like this? The food is not good. Do they put water in the mayo? You only think it tastes good because of the price. Disgusting burgers. A waste of food and a waste of money. Just go to BK or Freddie's.
Horrible service and you need to fire the children you have running this establishment I orded and had missing items than the kids tried to give me cold items and said he didn't know how to warm it up like you don't have a grill directly behind you i had to go ask about my drink and was told "oh you have a drink too"? yes it's apart of my order and also why did they not put my fries in my bag like ALL the other 5 guys only in that tiny cup i had 1 guy ask if i had a drink to disappear never make my drink and than some other kid came to make the drink disorganized unprofessional and a really dirty lobby and tables hire people that do THE JOB. fire them kids!!

Made an order to go and when we got to our next destination, 2 of the 3 burgers were made incorrectly. So we came back and I wasnt happy and told the cashier to make the 2 burgers again. He then laughed at me. I asked why are you laughing at me and are you the manager. He said yes and continued to chuckle. I found this very unprofessional and rude. I’m a paying customer but will not be returning.
