Came here with a few brothers from church. The place is clean & modern.What made my experience noteworthy and has me taking the time to write this review though is the exceptional service from our waitress/server Shania.I have Celiac disease and asked about potential options. There was only 1 server. The food was better this time verses the last visit. All the Ihops are different. This location has different servers as well as the others. The portion if food was less. I really like the location of the restaurant. This location was clean.

Food is decent and consistent. Always nice to have the option to have breakfast in the evening. I had to knock two stars off for the absurdly steep prices. I only buy from IHOP now when I have an extreme craving for breakfast food due to the price.
